Blue Arrow is a great recruitment agency that provides staff with appropriate support and maintain communication at all time. They are highly reliable for work, have great management team, staffs are always paid on time and most importantly, it's very flexible as staff have the freedom to choose the shift they want. As a student myself, I have had the opportunity to work around my university hours. Especially the 0 hours contract that allowed me to take time off for exams. Overall, Blue Arrow is a great place to work where the staffs are very helpful, especially Michele and Julie who are always there to help, and quick to resolve any issues I have encountered very professionally. I would highly recommend (especially to students who are looking for flexible work hours).

I've been working for Blue Arrow on and off since February 2016. It has been a great experience for me and really helped me find my feet after a break from work. I managed to get a permanent job on the back of this and found Kevin and Marie very professional. They kept in regular contact with me and I never had a problem with finding the hours I needed. I think some of the reviews have been a bit unfair. Like any employer they do expect reliability and commitment but I think that's fair enough!

Quite frankly if feel these prior reviews of blue arrow are unfair and don't truly represent the company and organisation. I have had experience from both sides of blue arrow as a customer and an employee. I wouldn't use anyone else. Lizze and Mike are rockstars and have never let me down in the 3 years I've been using them high quality staff, well dress, polite and hard working. More recently have been doing freelance work for them. I have worked all over the place its been good fun and a great experience. JCB, SCFC, MOD and the Fitzherbert arms to name a few quality venues and locations. Extreamly flexible and helpful team at blue arrow.
