I had a very good experience with Professional Technical. Marie was incredibly helpful, not only helping with roles I found on LinkedIn, but also matching my skill set with suitable positions that I hadn't originally applied for. I really felt like they were in my corner the whole way through the process and they made it possible for me to manage several rounds of interviews at multiple companies all at the same time. I first applied for a job around the back end of 2020. Within 20-30 minutes I received a phone call off a recruiter named Connor who was very informative about the role in question as well as gaining an understanding of my needs and requirements. The role however I didn’t get at the time due to the second UK lockdown. However, Connor did not ghost me and got to work finding other roles in my industry and I have to say kept me in the loop every step of the way with regular weekly phone calls, text and emails. Fast forward to mid 2021 and the role I first applied for well over 6 months ago had come back live. I spoke to Connor upon seeing it and expressed my desire had not diminished for the role and was still massively interested. A couple of weeks later I have had the Online and face to face interview with the firm. Safe to say I have the job. (FINALLY!!!!) Lot's of agencies call and promise the world, but Jack Moss took the time to communicate effectively and secure me a great contract position - based on my current requirements.
