D. S.I’ve worked on and off for best connection over 20 years and for different branch’s and usually their great. Pay always in bank on time but for some reason the burton branch have paid me by check which still hasn’t arrived the Tuesday after pay was due! So when it does arrive it will take 5 days to clear into my bank pay will be at least 12 days late ! No apology or warning.

Within a couple days I was already inducted and working for B&Q and it's has been one of best choices I have made simply due to that fact that they are very busy so the work IS on going, and they DO have opportunities to become permanent. I don't agree with how they work holidays maybe its me but a bank holiday is a paid and you shouldn't have to used your annual leave..
They offer safety boots and after 11 months still didn't get any....
Plus side its work you get paid when ever I had to contact them they were always helplful.....
for some reason I got paid a number of times late by a couple of days
