My most recent assignments have been sorted out by a fantastic and attentive young lady called Sophie who has been really excellent with dealing with any issues or problems I’ve had with the clients. The Best Connection Agency is pretty decent in the sense of finding work for you relatively quickly but regarding the payroll they've been very bad!! Firstly my first ever payment due (On the Friday) by them was sent by cheque as they didn't take my bank details up to HR for some reason, and secondly when the details were sorted, they then screwed up my National Insurance number, making me get mega emergency taxed!! (Not just one or two numbers either, every single one somehow?!) Hence them only receiving 3*, otherwise I'd have put 5* instead.

Any pay disputes are easily managed and generally happen when their clients don't communicate rather than them. Friendly staff, long term contracts are offered. A pretty ok/good agency known for getting pay wrong I don't know how it can be so difficult to do basic maths but they seem to struggle. With the hgv side of their business Simon is always there and straight on sorting out the issues you have and when they are busy with loads of work on they are always on the phone.
