Not helpful at all, had to keep phoning to find anything out, after 3days of phoning they told me I've got to have a full birth certificate and a passport, before they can help me also they said there's a job and now the job has gone. Incredibly attentive and willing to make things happen at a pace you’re comfortable with. Within a couple of days of getting to speak to both John and Lindsay, I had two very respectable offers. I had been on the market for a new job for about a month when xpert rang me to come in for an interview. Unlike some places they didn’t want to wait around, they were keen to get me in for a chat and I had a meeting booked for the next day. I sat and had a chat about what I needed and what I wanted too see if I was applicable for the job as it was quite a testing roll, I was then offered the interview which was also almost instant. Although I wasn’t in a desperate rush as I already had a job, it made the experience much better.
