I bought a new TV and was given to understand I needed aTV aerial as well as the existing satellite. Mark can to install one but wanted to look at the TV first. He explained that we didn't need an aerial, but advised how to get the best reception using the Freesat box we were previously using. We now have a perfect service thanks to him. After all that, he didn't charge us, saying his reputation was the most important asset he has. What a diamond! I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone needing aerial/satellite type services. Called Mark initially to sort out our TV aerial. He suggested we would receive better reception if we installed a new aerial. We are so pleased with the service we got from Mark, the quote was excellent. Mark came with a new aerial and very quickly had the old one down and new one put up, also re routed a new coax cable to the TV. Firstly i have nothing to do with mark or his company. I asked him originally to come and check the aerial for a tv. His communication was very good throughout. He checked the aerial and general signal from tv masts. We discussed options and i said i would discuss with my partner as i didnt really want to drill the walls or window frame. I needed a new satellite dish with a double cable connection installed as the existing one on the front of my house had its day and Freeview wasn't a viable option due to signal issues. Mark was able to come out the next day, and after a site survey he advised me on the choices for installation. Really impressed with the service, Mark was able to get to my house within half an hour of my phone call and replaced my sky dish in twenty minutes (previous dish was damaged through the storms), very reasonably priced, explained why the dish would have to be replaced instead of repaired (rusted right through!) and I now have perfect sky reception again! Mark was able to call round later that same day and after some investigation explained what the issues were and the best approach to resolving this, offering me price options. Amazingly he was then able to get to work immediately and less than 6 hours from my initial call that morning I had 137 sparkling digital channels and a great new aerial. Mark's work was high quality, using cable already attached to the house to save me costs but supplying a superior aerial and removing an old satellite dish for me. However I phoned Mark to provide a quote for tv aerial repair and wifi signal boosting. I was happy with the price and booked an appointment. He reminded me of the appointment by text the day before arriving, he turned up on time and was well mannered and presented.The works were as quoted and were undertaken to my full satisfaction. I called Mark back to revisit and alter some of the wiring route (because I failed to tell him about some other works I was undertaking). Phew this fella doesn't hang about! I phoned Mark this morning (Friday) and he said that he couldn't come until Monday as he was busy. I said that this would be fine. At one thirty he phoned to see if I was in and could he come up. I agreed, he came had a look around gave me a quote which I accepted and by two thirty the job was complete all cleared up, tv tuned in and he was on his way - super slick. He did stop briefly for a cuppa (milk no sugar). Wouldn't hesitate to use Mark again or to recommend him to anyone.

I contacted Mark just over year ago to see if it was possible to have a HD picture on Sky feed on upstairs television, which was linked to Sky Box attached to television downstairs. We were paying for Sky HD but only getting HD picture on downstairs television and Standard Definition upstairs. Mark was professional and considered with regard to the options and subsequently installed the correct cabling to effect the change that was desired. Sky Multiroom would have achieved the same result, but at a monthly fee of £10. We are delighted with the result, which has effectively now paid for itself (compared to taking out a Sky Multiroom subscription). Due to our satisfaction with Mark's knowledge and standards we did not hesitate to call him yesterday when we were having persistent problems with the Sky signal repeatedly not being able to be received. He was able to call to inspect the set up later on the same day and confirmed that our aged Sky Dish was at fault and needed replacing. The replacement was made on the same day and we had a fully functioning system within hours of the initial phone call, at a reasonable price. Thoroughly recommended.
