Aligra has been fantastic! I didn't know much about Aligra before I applied but I'm glad I did! Since the minute I joined I've loved every minute. Katie, Sophie, Sarah and Claire are all incredibly helpful and responsive to any queries I've had. I have been in the HGV game since leaving the forces in 1992, although i had a long spell out of the game they have been absolutely great, i would say Aligra is one of the top driving agencies and i would highly recommend it to all drivers. The Swindon staff are very friendly and always on hand and helpful, James who has been dealing with me has been a legend! hes always helped me get work that fits in with my lifestyle and totally understands when i`m unfortunately unavailable and as we all know, some agency company's will hold that against you. They are quick with paying you and if any issues very quick on solving it for you. Work with them and always keep them updated on your availability so they can plan ahead, be professional, clean and polite to their customers and they Aligra will look after you and get you the work.*****.

I started using Aligra at the start of last year as they were highly recommended from another company on our site and they certainly lived up to the reputation. whether it be for temporary staff or temp to perm they always come through, since January 2020 we have had 7 temp to perm staff members. Luke Robinson and the team in Swindon are brilliant and i can not recommend them enough.
