Any queries I've had since being there, Lisa has always responded to my email with the answer or gone out of her way to get the answer for me.
I've worked with other agencies before and they are completely different. M4 actually listen to you and the employee and action things that need to be actioned where as the other agencies I've been with don't.
They also pay me properly according to my time sheet I fill in during the week. Ive had no issues with payments. I worked with opx for 12 weeks and had about 6 queries with my pay being wrong and not on time which took ages to sort out.
Working with M4 has made my life alot less stressful and not have to worry that pay will be wrong or that I won't have work.
Having Lisa as my go to person if I need something sorting out. She's definitely an asset to you at M4. Keep up the fantastic work Lisa and thank you personally and for all of your team.
