At Reed Alice provided me with exception customer service. - Quick response time, calls or emails. - Friendly and understanding. - Effective and efficient, no time is wasted, plenty offers were sent and all of them were sent right after explaining my requirements. - Bespoke service, the job offers sent were exactly what I wanted and not just random job offers. - An interview booklet was sent prior to the interview. - A mock interview call before the interview was held to ensure I’m prepared. - Encouraging and insightful prior to the job interview. The end result was me landing a job within a week of contracting Alice.

Jo at Swindon is fantastic, she really took the time to understand my experience and skill set. I felt like she really cared about me as a person and I was not just another faceless candidate, she never sent any vacancies over that were not relevant. Jo showed me it was not all about job titles, I would never of applied for my current placement but after talking the role through with Jo, it was perfect for me, both personally and professionally. In fact, she got it so right I was offered a full time role - which I accepted. I have never used anyone else since 2019. Jo has consistently found me design contracts and if I ever find my self in a position of needing a new position she will be my first go to, in fact I tell all creative contacts to contact her.

Couldn’t praise Lara at Reed anymore if I tried. The entire process from start to finish was superb. I’ve had bad experiences with previous recruitment companies being really pushy but Lara changed my mind completely. She was really interested in the skill set I offered and gave advice along the way. She communicated flawlessly throughout keeping me updated.
