Reviews of Reed in Partnership
D. J.
I cannot recommend Reed in Partnership enough. They have been fantastic throughout my journey, I have to give special thanks to my work coach Adam Jones, he has been so kind, informative and helped me step by step. From start to finish, I have been supported 100%. To anybody starting out or looking for a change in career like me, then Reed in Partnership are the company to go to.

I’ve been with Reed since the start of the first lock down. I lost my job due to corona virus, and I can honestly say they have been a big help! Their courses have really been informative and have got me where I am today.
My advisor Clare has been there for me right from the start, and has always been very positive and her encouragement has given me the strength to apply for jobs. I would highly recommend Reed! Even though I am now working, Clare still contacts me to check how it’s going. I feel so much more confident now and can face job interviews with more confidence. I was in a very low place for a while, but not anymore. Thank you Clare for your support.

I took part in both a job goals, transferrable skills and effective job search workshops with Gareth. I have found them both to be really helpful to me in having some extra tips and help on finding work. Staff and advisors are also very helpful and have been very supportive along the way. Would definitely recommend.

Have had training with Gareth twice now and he is fab, very patient and more than happy to talk things through fully if needed. Sam is also wonderful and has so many suggestions for things to try. Reed is great and I would recommend to anyone who needs a bit of help with job hunting.

Red in Partnership is the perfect place to help you gain employment, if you are willing to put in the work yourself and accept their help. This is not the place for someone who just want to be given a job and do nothing to earn it.
The advisors are friendly and understanding of each individuals personal circumstances.
Their specialist training alongside a targeted app helps to build skills and confidence.
For me at the start there was a lot of hand holding when it came to applications and interviews. This was something I needed as I was low on confidence and knowledge. However, once I had a few interviews under my belt I felt I had a handle on the process and they only helped me as and when I needed it.
The service includes application and interview guidance, training seminars and an app that encompasses everything in between from money management to mental health techniques.
I also had amazing help from a mental health advisor who did one to one sessions with me and did seminars on general ways to improve mental health.
They encouraged me to find a job for now and then work on my job for later, as they support you for up to 6 months after you gain employment.
I went from being unemployed, to working in a Covid testing centre, to starting a career as a marketing executive in 6 months. Even though I was hesitant at first especially with the Covid centre job all these experiences have built up my skills and confidence and I believe they have made me a better person.
I have to thank Reed in Partnership so much for all their help. I wouldn't be in the place I am now without them.

On my first appointment I was apprehensive of what could be offered to me at Reed in Partnership, as I’ve been on similar programs. But my adviser Kira discussed the support/help on offer so confidently.
We went through step by step of the process and what was expected on program - I was always asked if I understood. We then discussed ideal jobs and how realistic my goals were. Kira searches for Admin roles in my local area and we discussed best ways to apply.
A week later I advised Kira I’d got an interview. She responded quickly and professionally as we went through 1-2-1 interview support. Having that a day before my interview really gave me an advantage and made a real difference - with that support I’ve got a job, only 2 weeks after signing up.
I wouldn’t of got that support anywhere else. Very impressed with the support and confidence given by my adviser Kira. Very friendly staff, nice open plan office and hot drinks while you wait.
Would definitely recommend!

I would highly recommend this company. They are always so supportive even after finding work, and when I did find work on my own terms they supported me through that as well. Really good company, as it reminds me of one called TalentMatch which did similar tasks like Reed in Partnership did. Clare and the rest of the team have been amazing, and would like to thank them all for the work they do to ensure people like myself are supported.

Participated in the Job goals and Transferable skills workshop today and had an excellent experience. Gareth created a friendly and very helpful interaction - the information provided was really useful and easy to understand. I found it beneficial and glad I was able to take part.

I absolutely recommend Reed to everyone currently out of work and/or are looking to change their work career. My wonderful, advisor was and still is Jas Bains. I cannot fault his professionalism. He worked with me on a weekly, sometimes daily basis if needed. I never felt intimated whilst asking questions or discussing my weaknesses with him.
Jas helped me update and revamp my CV, Jas suggested links and showed me courses that would benefit the direction i was striving towards.
I have been out of work for a couple of years and been on similar organisations in the past where all they seemed interested in were numbers and stats and so i felt my confidence loosing its sparkle for a time , but after working closely with Jas everything came bouncing back and after a matter of weeks i got two interviews, and two job offers, all through this Jas was there at the end of a phone and key board talking me through everything i could possibly need.
Jas`s motivation and support is out of this world and i cant thank him enough. Thankyou Jas Bains, i couldn't of don't it without you!! :0)

Just taken part in the Effective Job Search workshop with Gareth. Found it really interesting and it gave me a new insight into how to apply for jobs.
Gareth was really patient and was trying his best especially with one of the delegates. It's nice to know there is resource out there like this.
Thank you

I found the workshop refreshing and motivating as Gareth was a very engaging person that kept us engaged. Having interviewed personally many times, there were some elements I recognised and others I thought a good idea/refreshment that was very welcome.
Thank you for the opportunity!!

Reed company helped me get back in to work. My work coach Jas was ever so helpful and was always so supportive. I really appreciate all the help and support I have received. I couldn’t have done it without you. Many thanks once again.

I was hesitant when I was referred to Reed in Partnership, as I have been on other Work Support programs. I was registered in March, got my SIA badge in April and started full time temp work in May, which is amazing! All the staff are extremely supportive, friendly and knowledgeable and what is available went beyond my expectations.
Kira is an exceptional Adviser - who is professional, reliable, engaging and boundless for her enthusiasm. I found her continuous communication and guidance refreshing and she always keeps my best interests at the forefront of the process. Kira also assured me of job opportunities that were suitable when they came live. The continued support, progress and updates with my SIA was reassuring and I really appreciate the continued on-going support - especially in the current pandemic.
Over the moon with the service and confidence given by Kira - she has earned my trust and respect.
Would 100% recommend - 10/10!!!

My Coach is Kira, she's been excellent and has supported me greatly in both applying and getting the support I need.
💓Very understanding and helpful! 💓
Would definitely recommend!
Wonderful company!
Very supportive and easy to work with!
They'll understand where you need support and suggest ways to support you!

An incredibly helpful service, I feel far more developed as someone looking for work as a result. The staff I've interacted with, Clare and Gareth, are super passionate about what they do and make the experience as enjoyable as it is beneficial.

I was initially sceptical of Reed in Partnership's new Work Routes scheme, having been to similar programmes in the past, but no longer. I was properly registered at the start of January, and received a job offer by mid-February, which is fine by me - and I owe some of that success to the assistance I received from Reed.
The staff are supportive, friendly, and knowledgeable, and the selection of workshops they offer are fantastic. Designed using recruitment industry knowledge and experience, these workshops give you the kind of detailed information and support that helps you stand out from the crowd and meet employers' expectations. It really ought to be taught in schools, I'd say.
All of the staff I dealt with went above and beyond to help. For instance, when I mentioned that I had an upcoming job interview, my advisor, Sally, promptly booked me into their 'Interview Skills' workshop the day before. Having that (also excellent) workshop fresh in my mind was a great help, as I walked into my interview the following day with a veritable cheat-sheet stuffed inside my brain - already knowing almost exactly what I was going to say in response to almost any question the interviewers might've asked was a great confidence-booster. The trainer who led the workshop, Gareth, also set aside some one-to-one time to go over some specific questions I had about the interview, and provided some resources to help me prepare.
Not only that, but I now have a vastly superior and more recruiter-friendly CV than the three sheets of directionless waffling I was handing to potential employers in the past. The 7 Second CV workshop exposes what employers are looking for, what works and what doesn't, and once again the trainer, Gareth, lent one-to-one support to all of the attendees. My CV - and the skills and knowledge needed to maintain it - will hopefully continue to benefit me for years to come.
They also offer free coffee. I think that's what it's supposed to be, anyway.
10/10 would watch again.

In late 2020 I joined the Reed in Partnership 18-25 fast track programme to help find employment. I was introduced to Sabrina Maita, who was so lovely and supportive from the very beginning. Sabrina assisted me with job applications, interview questions amongst many other things I struggled with and enabled me to overcome. We would catch up once every few weeks to discuss my progress and it was always a conversation I would look forward to. I'm very grateful for all of Sabrina's help as I've now secured a job - even in this difficult market.

I am very impressed with the support and service I have received from my work coach Kira and all the staff at Reed. They have been very informative, accomodating, helpful and generally been great people. I would have no qualms with recommending them and suggest that they are first point of contact when looking for work. I have already secured an interview after less than two weeks of signing up for this service and I couldnt be happier. Thanks Reed!

Well organised and helpful training sessions. Sally and Gareth have done everything they could to get me back to work. I could not be more pleased with the service. Highly recommend for everyone who wants to find a job.

Great first time experience. My adviser Kira explained the process and how she can support me smoothly and clearly. I feel very confident in the service. Great open office and additional support/needs via rest of the team. Free hot drinks and fruit is a bonus. Can't wait to see what opportunities come from this.

The staff are outstanding at what they do to support people to get back into work. I would personally like to thank the whole team but especially Hazel for her patience, professionalism and everything else she does to help me during the pandemic.
I would recommend this service to anyone who is in need of support, advice or guidance. :-)

Reeds is a place where anyone can go to for help. Whether they are looking for work or looking just looking to improve thier work situation. The advisors are really helpfull and supportive, they offer multiple workshop sessions to further aid anyone wether you are struggling with; cv writing, cover letters or career paths. I would highly recommend Reeds to all who are struggling to find work.

Thank you Stephanie Clarke for all your help and support.
Being able to sell myself to an employer was an area which I found difficult to do, Steph helped with this.

Reed in Partnership are a great place to gain help getting back into work from their different courses that they run from a cv work shop to application form work shop, the staff are very friendly and helpful to their customers that they deal with like myself, they also work with companies to help people get into jobs or gain interviews for jobs that you might have not had the chance of gaining if you did it yourself. The site is easy to get to if you are walking you car go near the gym that is in Stafford Park 1 and it is within walking distance from there.
