I have worked for Safehands for just over 6 months now, and ive honestly enjoyed every minute of it, I was given a great opportunity when others wouldnt, which I'm truly grateful for, the office staff and company are great, flexible working hours to fit around family commitments. I have worked with Safehands since January 2017.
The Ladies in the office work very hard to find new clients and then to find the staff that are suitable to work with the clients we have . This is to make sure that we deliver the best care and support to each of our clients and to help promote independence as much as we can while working in a person Centred way of life.
They are all very friendly and Bubbly and offer support to each of us when we need this on a work base and also in my view on a personal level too and because of this I’m very proud to be part of their excellent team they have .
The training Safehands provides to is really good and they renew this regularly with us . This helps us to feel very confident within our job roles and to maintain that we are up to date with all policies and regulations that are in place to help us continue to support our clients to the top quality that we can .
I am glad I found them 5 years ago and would strongly recommended anyone wanting a job in Care to join our wonderful team. You will not regret this u promise you that . It will be the best decision you have ever made .
Keep up the excellent work ladies and all the staff within our team too . We are the best .

I'll be honest, if I hadn't found this company when I did, I wouldn't have been able to return to work because of my commitments! The hours are flexible, you can work your own hours which is fantastic for if you have commitments or children or anything! There are ALWAYS hours available for you in the care sector! The support if there's anything wrong exceeds expectations! The support they offer, always there 24/7...as there is always someone on call!
And let's not forget the good stuff....the pay! Its not too bad to be honest. You can make a decent wahe whilst being flexible with what you work. Of course, the more you work, the more you get paid. It is something that I really am happy to be part of! Like I said, if I hadn't found Safehands, I possibly couldn't have returned to work!
