5* excellent job agency! I am very surprised on the negative reviews on here. It's a shame people can't resolve matters before reviewing. Personally, I cannot fault this agency. They have done everything they can for me. I have had regular work since July 2020, doing parcel sorting for Parcelforce. I was only supposed to be there for 1 night, but as I always put every effort into my work as I can, I was asked by the manager there to come back the following night, and then the following week! As I say that was last July, and have been there every week since! The agency registration/ DBS process was easily done via email and phone. I have been paid in arrears every Friday without fail, and my payslips are available to download the following week. I feel I can contact them with any query and be given the advice I need with a professional and courteous manner. Even in the current pandemic, this doesn't seem to have affected their ability to operate. Just a bit of advice, talking generally, even though you are agency staff, you have to be in the right mindset for work. The more you put in, the more you get from it. I know everyone has there own skillsets and circumstances, but you have to be prepared to be flexible regarding what job you do and the locations where you work. Bear in mind they are giving you work without any usual application /interview process, so surely you should appreciate this. Thank you Berry Recruitment! I am very happy with your service!

I’ve been working at Berry Recuitment for about a month now whilst being a University students after a friend recommended I join the company as I was struggling to find work. The application process was very quick with the whole process taking less than a week for me. All of my shifts so far have been working as agency staff at Waitrose. The management have been friendly and I’ve been offered shifts regularly with good hours. The pay is also good compared to other jobs I’ve had in the past paying between £10.70- £11.70 per hour. Not much else I void ask for really. Would definitely recommend this job to other students and anyone whose seeking work. Pros: Hourly Pay Paid every Friday Offered Shifts regularly Friendly staff Fast application process. Cons: None as of yet.

Worked for berry for nearly 8 year's an absolute fantastic agency, unfortunately had to give it up due to illness had some brilliant jobs and really enjoyed my time with them. They kept telling me to get a DBS for shifts and when I did i got full time work. Berrys dont pay for the DBS for you though, you have to pay yourself. Its worth it though as i have full time work now when i didnt before
