I've contracted with MANE as a B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer through Michael Alderman for some time now. Michael sails above and beyond his duty with his proactive and helpful approach, he is very professional, polite and friendly. Even in the dark hours Michael has always been on hand to help resolve any issues no matter how trivial it may seem, even while he was on vacation. The contracts I've had have been wonderful, every detail regarding the contract, flights, hotels is forwarded to me before hand. Payment through MANE on a weekly basis, through their online Payroll Portal is swift and easy. Michael has always been easy to work with and a pleasure to know personally and I hope we can carry on this professional relationship far into the future. I've tried to encourage other Aviation Contractors to use MANE and those that have will give the same report as myself. A lot of the contracts I've been on through MANE have also said how polite and professional Michael is.
