I have worked with Engage since 2018, and it has been a good experience throughout. From 2019 onwards, I found my assignments as teacher on daily, short- or middle-term basis and in tutoring jobs mainly through my consultant Bridget. Her professionalism and reliability just make the job of a supply teacher so much easier! It is important to me that a consultant allows me to build some consistency with schools even in daily or short-term supply work. Not only, but especially during the months of the pandemic, I was happy to have Bridget as a consultant who is thoughtful, always listens and is extremely well organized. It is very helpful that she has well-established relationships with all her schools allowing me on most days to know in advance where I am teaching.

Engage Education is a wonderful agency that has provided me with a lot of supply work. Bridget is an absolutely amazing agent, who is very welcoming and kind. From the first introduction, I felt safe joining the agency. She always puts her clients first and gets you a lovely school to cover days in advance. This helps definitely helps with someone who suffers with anxiety, as you’re not anxiously waiting each morning. Bridget listens to your needs of what areas you would like to cover in London. She tries her best to meet these needs. I couldn’t recommend Engage Education and Bridget (to be your agent) anymore!

What an experience! I found Engage Education online and went ahead to register with them. The speed with which they started me off was amazing. This agency could communicate and explain things better with their teaching staff. Friendly at registration but no mention of daily rate or filling in pay forms. Had to chase this up myself. Did a day's work with them but same again nobody informed me of timesheets as the last time I did supply was 13 years ago when paper timesheets were the norm.
