Contacted company and sent e mails re product. Alex replied to these very quickly with answers. Nothing seemed to much of an issue and all questions answered. Went to collect product and also purchased an other product aswell Staff member dealing with me very helpful and staff member on other till explained how to store (pressure washer)in winter. Very sorry didn't write down names. First rate service from all staff,thank you

Would thoroughly recommend for servicing a Honda generator. Paul & his team organised to fit in a thorough service with a very quick turnaround, due to my work commitments. Their knowledge and easy to understand communication was greatly appreciated (for a novice!) and was clear and concise. The work carried out was at a high standard and additional work that took place has ensured the generator is running better than before.
