Academics helped me out massively at very short notice. I was desperately seeking work towards the end of term, having completed my teacher training and needing to earn some pennies! They did everything they could to streamline the process and get me on their books ASAP. Thanks to them, I was able to secure work every day of my availability, even with my limited schedule. I have gained invaluable experience working at an array of schools around Worcestershire and as an ECT, this has prepared me well for my upcoming permanent teaching role in September, allowing me the experience of teaching classes independently has massively improved my confidence. Claire has been fantastic throughout, supportive and informative, professional but so kind and helpful throughout my experience. 100% recommend this company and won't hesitate to return, should I need to. I have been a supply teacher for Academics Worcester since October 2017. I have thoroughly enjoyed working for them as a fantastic friendly and professional relationship is built very quickly. I have been fortunate to have had placements in some of the best schools in Worcestershire. Claire is always super organised and plans ahead effectively resulting in being able to plan at least a week ahead. Short notice supply also works well, either an early phone call on my available days or a call the day before. My experience and journey with Academics was second to none from the enrolment process to securing assignments. Nothing was too much trouble for Rebecca who guided me seamlessly through the process.
