Plazology have been using Wilcox Matthews for the past year and have successfully placed two excellent candidates with very different job specifications. As a company and me personally, I have tried to stay away from recruitment companies as I have found them very hit and miss. Many times have vetted CV’s which are nowhere near the level required of the job specification provided. In Wilcox Matthews case, this has never been the situation; to date, every CV I have read has been of interest and quality.
