M. B.I was made redundant a couple of years back, before joining up with proactive I had used a few other local agencies and nothing compares. I've been in direct contact with Tom and Izzy who have both been excellent and professional, I see both their names mentioned a lot in the reviews so it would be wise that proactive look after these two employees.
Anyway I have been lucky enough to get a full time job through joining the agency and I'm very thankful for what they have done.

I have worked with proactive for both temporary work and to provide temporary staffing for companies I have worked for. Their staff are helpful and have always endeavoured to provide the best service/keep the workers on the books in constant work.
Do not be mislead by any of the bad reviews, of all the agencies I could use, Proactive is the ONLY one I will use.
m. n.Only place I'll use after using many others who are typical agency full of false promises! Not proactive, always had a good response, fast at finding work even at short notice, plenty of variety to suit, always happy to fit around me and the hours/days I needed. Been fantastic for me when I wanted flexible work or full time hours, best rates around and no being messed around!

c. r.I am currently working through Proactive Personnel and would recommend them to anyone looking for work, they are a great team, nothing is too much trouble, and payments are always made on time.
P.As a agency its good especially for new passed truck drivers, But they have minus is, they cannot guarantee you 5 days per week, once you will get, once you dont, but of course its not agency fault, its requirment from factories or companies of how many Divers they need, people who working on agency are nice people, especially i recommend person Callum, ive could give 5 stars, but one day im working second not working.
