The staff are wonderful and genuinely care about the well being and progression of their candidates. Lesley helped me turn my situation around in such a short amount of time, it's frightening. Nothing fancy, she just believed in my potential and before I knew it, so did I. Being a small company allows them to offer a more personal service towards their candidates. When working for them, they make you feel like you matter, by regularly checking in on you during your contract and offering additional support to help you improve. They treated you like a person rather than a name on paper or a number in the system. Which in turn helps bring the best out of you for the client.
