Reviews of Torphichen Inn

We went to this restaurant as a side trip on a Trafalgar tour. It was worth every penny. The owner treated our group to an amazing dinner and entertainment he was involved in the entire evening even doing the traditional presentationof the haggis. This was one of my wanted to do items while in the UK. Go to a small town pub for a meal, drink, and entertainment. I highly recommend going to this restaurant.

Absolutely charming. I went there on an optional excursion with a Costsaver tour, and it was money well spent. Great to see the real Scotland, outside of the big cities. Having a piper outside to greet us was a fun welcome.
Kenny, the owner, is lovely, and he sang the most moving song during the evening of traditional music and food. On top of our dinner, he brought each table a serving of haggis, covered in a whisky sauce, and we devoured it.
This is a delightful place, and I would recommend stopping in.

Had the best night here. The cuisine is well cooked and tasty. Served with love. My group was made to feel very welcome you need to visit this place ASAP.
I’ve been here twice now. Last time was the night the Queen passed away. Everyone was so moved by her loss. Kenny is an amazing man, an ex soldier and a gentleman. Shared a tear with him on the night.

Wonderful family owned and run pub. Food was delic as we listened to live music and a bagpiper. Our introduction to homemade haggis, which was good, as was the Guinness

Fantastic place to sit by the fire and catch up with friends over a pint. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit.
