G. H.I recently visited Lotte Rose bridal to look for the perfect wedding dress, which I defiantly found with Charlotte! She was firstly so welcoming to both myself and my bridal party and wanted to know details about my wedding plans which made it feel so personal. She has lots of dresses which was great to have such a huge variety in different styles - there were so many beautiful dresses! Charlotte made me feel so comfortable and very early on trying the dresses, she figured out what I liked and what suited me the best. She took her time help me find that perfect dress - I never felt rushed. After saying ‘Yes to the dress’ she still had all the time for us and celebrated with us. Charlotte made it such an amazing experience. Thank you so much Charlotte - I’m really looking forward to visiting again very soon! :)

Charlotte talked me through each section of the dresses/designers and thoroughly asked what I had in mind for a dress so she could be prepared, the fitting was smooth and she made me feel very comfortable helping, the changing room is big enough for supporters to be with you finding that perfect dress. She has a beautiful selection of dresses there has to be something for everyone! I can't thank Charlotte enough for my first and only wedding dress fitting.

C. O.I had a great experience at Lotte Rose. Charlotte really helped me to find the right dress & try different styles I might not have picked up. She was super patient when I couldn’t decide between 2 & was able to get one of them in in another colour at short notice to try. I went to a couple of shops before Lotte Rose but felt the most comfortable there, I didn’t feel any pressure to buy so felt happy with my decision. The boutique is also lovely inside.
