L. G.First time I've ever sent a balloon. I ordered a balloon online for my 12 year old grandson for passing an exam. I'd not used Love Balloons before and am always a bit unsure about a company I've not used before. But needn't have worried. Service was great, the balloon arrived 2 days earlier than original delivery date which was great. I recieved a text on day of delivery advising time slot of delivery and an option to change delivery place.
It was delivered on time. Came in a nice box and I loved the finishing touch of stars and congratulations sprinkles in the box. Grandson was happy to recieve the surprise balloon, and storing some of the congratulations sprinkles in his draw and then he went back to his gaming on his switch 😀. My granddaughter made use of the box by converting it into a car, sitting in it asking me to push her. Well done Louise, Thank you.
N. L.Fabulous! Lady lovely and balloon arrived perfectly in time. I would definitely order my balloons here again. Remember Royal Mail deliver tracked parcels. It's not love balloons fault if it's not delivered!

The personal service and recommendations were outstanding and made one very happy little boy on delivery.
