Had a wonderful experience at Wed2B in Belfast, sharing time with my daughter in her search for a wedding dress. I expected this to be the first of many shops visited however was delighted that, thanks to the helpfulness and support of the team at Wed2B, she found her perfect dress on this first visit. Huge thank you to Caitlin, who was an absolute gem, and dedicated so much time to taking us through the whole process, from selecting dresses, to advising on styles and helping with the fittings. 100% would recommend a visit if looking for a wedding dress, bridesmaids or flower girl dresses. :-)

I love this place! Theres not enough words on how grateful I am to all the staff especially to Jayne on helping me find the perfect dress. I came to the shop mindset on what style I want to get but as soon as I tried "the dress" I completely abandoned what I had in my head, it was just so perfect. Would recommend it to everyone who's getting married. Very accommodating and great advice.

I visited the Web2b store in Belfast 1 month ago. I initially just went in for a look to see what I could see. I was met by the lovely Sarah Jane who went above and beyond. I nipped to the shop for a mask & when I got back she had a few dresses ready for me to look at. Sarah Jane is the ultimate go to girl, she made me feel so comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. She knew I fell in love with my dress from the moment I tried it on and always made sure my dress was sitting how it was supposed to. I couldn’t thank Sarah Jane for everything she done for myself. I now have the perfect dress for my wedding at an amazing price also. I will be seeing you all again soon to cater for my bridesmaids. We went to Wed2b today to look for a wedding dress for my sister-in-law to be and what an amazing experience that was. Morgan was our bridal consultant and she is truly excellent at her job. Morgan went above and beyond and brought a dress in for the bride to try on - a style which she never would have dreamt of trying on! This ended up being the brides dream dress and we left the store within an hour with a dress, veil, underskirt, belt and hair clip! Absolutely brilliant service! Wish this shop had of been opened when I got married! Thank you

I’ve had 2 different experiences here at this store and the 2nd is the only reason I’ve given a 5 star review and only because of the sales consultant Sarah Jane who is utterly outstanding at her job. My initial experience was so poor that I was left in tears, so disheartened and deflated by the whole thing, and I saw it as an ordeal. I did buy my dress but felt very rushed into it on that day. I returned to The store today as I knew the previous staff member with whom I had the awful experience prior had left (I knew this as she had told me multiple times during my first visit that she had handed her notice in to go to another store where she would get commission). Today I arrived again with my party for a do over, hoping we would have an experience to remember this time for the right reasons, and I was not let down. Sarah Jane from the second she opened the door with a smile on her face could not have been more Helpful. She was with us for a long time, showed interest in what I wanted, listened to my likes and dislikes and helped me pull some more dresses to try. Her personality put all of us at ease right away and I felt a weight lift as I knew it would be the experience I should have had the first time. Sarah Jane was SO SO knowledgeable, this girl knows her stuff. She styled my dress in different accessories to get different looks, gave me loads of advice on storage, dressing, etc. Overall, before this I would have told any bride to be to stay well clear of this company, today Sarah Jane has turned it around, truly going well above and beyond in her job. I left with my dream dress veil and accessories and feel so happy with my purchase that now I look forward to the next time I can put my dress on rather than dreading it. Wed2b, you are so lucky to have a staff member like this in your team who is not only so clearly passionate about providing a good and memorable experience, but is truly a bridal expert in every sense. Thank you Sarah Jane - you have no idea the difference you made today.

This was the first bridal shop I went to. I didn't have a clue what I was looking for however knew I wanted to try a few different shapes out. Sarah Jane in the Belfast store was excellent at picking options to help me rule styles in and out. She was very friendly and helpful and gave some excellent tips. She was very knowledgeable and knew her dresses well. I would recommend her to anyone looking at dresses in the future.

I had a great experience choosing my wedding dress at Wed2b! Everyone was so friendly and helpful the minute we stepped in the door. We were able to have a look at all the dresses and choose 4 we wanted to try on. Xara was so helpful and made the experience so simple and enjoyable! I would highly recommend to everyone to go to Wed2be when shopping for your wedding dress. Their service in Belfast is second to none and the girls are unbelievably friendly and so helpful and offer so much advice. You do not feel rushed at all and they cannot do enough to help. I visited the shop a couple of times and Jayne, Xara, Caitlin and Sarah Jane all assisted me and I cannot thank the girls enough for everything they did. Sarah -Jane was absolutely amazing today when I went in to get a wedding dress she was such a lovely soul and really helped with picking my perfect dress.. she was an absolute gem and super patient with me whilst I kept changing my mind on which one was my favourite but we got there in the end. I loved the fact that she was so genuine and honestly felt like she really cared about my experience. I felt so comfortable throughout the day and left happy!! I visited Wed2b with my bridal party on Saturday 26th March 2022. It was my first time ever trying on wedding dresses and I walked away with my dream dress in under an hour. Morgan in particular was phenomenal and made me feel comfortable and confident the entire time they were with me, which was especially great for me as I suffer from anxiety and had no idea what I wanted when I first entered the store. Such a positive experience from start to finish and I'd definitely recommend this store to any brides to be!!! Thank you for everything ❤️

This bridal/wedding shop provided the best shopping experience I have had so far for weddings. In particular, Sarah Jane in this shop is nothing short of phenomenal and made everything super easy and comfortable. I’ve been to this shop twice now for bridesmaids dress and yesterday for my own wedding dress. I went in knowing what I would like but still with an open mind. The girl that helped me Xara, helped me choose different things to try on as what I wanted they didn’t have in store. To my surprise I picked something completely different to what I had imagined and I am in love!! Xara is so lovely and made the experience so easy and calm. She reassured me the whole way through, helped me into every dress and was just amazing to have her part of the experience, I definitely couldn’t have done it without her. Can’t wait for my day now as my dress is amazing :)

I cannot recommend this shop enough, from the minute I walked through the door, the staff were excellent, they made myself and my family feel so welcome. Caitlin was the lady that helped me try on the dresses, absolutely first class, and although I didn't purchase the dress, she has helped me so much in deciding the style that I would like.

I've been into the Belfast store a few times with bridesmaid's to pick their dresses and every time the girls there are amazingly helpful and friendly. I went in yesterday to try on a specific dress and Kathryn was so lovely and helped me find my perfect wedding dress. She helped me feel like an absolute queen and was nothing short of an angel. I couldn't recommend wed2b enough for anyone looking for their wedding dress without breaking the bank while still having the best experience.

Had a wonderful shopping experience last week, Kathryn was absolutely fantastic helping me pick and try on dresses and I felt so at ease, I walked out with a beautiful dress that I absolutely love in just over an hour! I had an amazing experience at Wed2B Belfast. This store has really beautiful bridal dresses at very reasonable prices. I was served by Katie-Louise, who was so friendly and welcoming. She knew the stock very well, and when I described the kind of dress I was looking for she knew exactly the type that would suit me. She and the manager were really helpful, and rang my local branch to provide me with a list of seamstresses. I left with the perfect dress, and was very impressed with the customer service. I have been meaning to write this review for a while, a few months ago I visited Wed2b in Belfast to just check out a couple of dresses I had viewed online with the intention of bringing my sisters with me on another occasion. My 12 year old daughter was with me and with help from Lynne we left the store with a truly beautiful and stylish (Bali) dress that is perfect on me and very suitable for our venue. I have since shown it to my sisters whom all agree its perfect!! I really cant wait to wear it on 24th July. Lynn advised me to try it on to make sure my mind was set as I had originally chosen another dress but had mentioned I liked the Bali dress..I am so glad she gave me that advice!! Thank you Lynn for all the attention you showed myself and my daughter Emma that day. To add to that this was my first visit to a wedding dress shop and we left very happy, with my stunning dress, in under an hour!!

I have never been to a bridal store before, not even when I was a chief bridesmaid at my cousin's wedding. A friend at work had gotten her wedding dress 2 months ago and on the same day. I loved the fact that from the moment I arrived in the store, Rhea who was my personal attendant was amazing. She was very helpful and I tried on 7 or 8 dresses😆😆😆 before finally picking my dress on same day. The packaging was beautiful. All the staff present were wonderful. I know some people may say that they were just being cheerful because they have to make sales, but I've worked in marketing and sales and trust me I can tell when it's all about a "plastered fake smile" for sales. I'll definitely recommend wed2b for any bride to be looking for a wonderful and stressfree shopping experience. Less I forget, if you are strict for budget, they got you covered. I went to wed2b during lockdown and I can safely say it was the best experience of bridal shopping I have ever had. Rhea was fantastic she could not do enough to help me and understood what I wanted even though I wasnt very good at explaining what I wanted! This is a great bridal store. No need of appointments, which is a bonus, no need of ordering your dress in (try on - love it - take home) and the staff is really superb! So I visited the Belfast store with my mum a few weeks ago and said "yes" to the dress!! I was greeted by Chloe at the door and she kindly explained the process. Then I was introduced to Mairead who was just wonderful, she helped me with trying on my dresses (I actually only tried on two, haha). I had an idea of the dress I wanted as it popped up on the WED2B website a few days before my visit. It was the second dress I tried on and I knew it was for me. Mairead had a great personality, a lot of fun and just a pleasure to deal with. I am so thankful how helpful and efficient Chloe and Mairead were. My mum also ended up buying a wee top too! Thank you for making the experience so enjoyable. I will be marrying in Wyoming, USA come January 2020. I love the fact that I have a dress from home :) Also, I was able to get my dress to the seamstress that WEB2B recommended (Perfect Fit, Belfast) on the same day...an added bonus!
