I booked a bouncy castle a day before, just thought I’d try my luck and a bouncy castle was available. They delivered promptly and early on the day we booked, lovely professional people. Absolutely saved me after another company cancelled on the morning of my daughters party. The lady I spoke to was lovely and really did everything she could to help me. I was able to get a castle with slide delivered just a few hrs after enquiring. The lads that delivered and collected were very nice. Will definitely be using again thank you so so much

These guys rescued me at such short notice when the bouncy castle firm I booked with initially let me down for my sons 1st birthday. I was panicking but then bounce away castles got recommended to me by a friend, I called them up hoping they could help with an hour or two to spare before the party started, but they put my mind at ease and assured me they would get to me as soon as possible, which they did, I am ever so grateful to the sister I spoke to and the brother who provided the bouncy castle both have excellent customer service skills and very professional and polite. We hired a bouncy castle (Mickey Mouse 12x12) from Bounce Away, this is the second year we have done so for our daughters birthday. They arrived promptly on hire day and were flexible on collection. We hired a bouncy castle for our son's 1st birthday from these guys. I was apprehensive after reading the negative reviews online at first but we chose them after a family member had used them previously and had received a great service. We needn't have worried! The service from booking to delivery and collection was great. The guys delivered by 9.30am as requested by myself and collected the castle later than usual at 10.30pm, again as requested by us. When they delivered, they even offered us a newer castle but as we had a particular theme, we stuck with the originally booked castle. The kids loved it and we had a stress free party.
