Fantastic experience working with the Digbeth weddings team for our wedding in August 2021 at the Factory Works.
The team could not have been more helpful throughout the process from the early booking stages right through to dismantling the decorations the day after. Fast responses from the team and lots of useful contacts and suggestions. Baked in Brick provided an incredible menu with generous portions.
We loved having the empty venue to put our own stamp on. The different spaces within the venue were ideal for our photos, drinks reception, and for the DIY photo booth.
Couldn’t recommend these guys enough!

I had a wedding here on 1st June 2013. We picked the venue because the spaces are beautiful. There are multiple rooms for use throughout the day and an outside courtyard too. The venue is a great location for a city wedding if you don't like country mansions! Everyone was also very helpful in helping us to plan what we wanted and to achieve that on the day. I would recommend Fazeley Studios to anyone who wants to plan an event in Birmingham town centre as all our friends loved the venue. We had the High Tea for our meal which was delicious but we've also been to the café for lunch too and the food is lovely.

We recently used Fazeley Studios for our wedding ceremony and reception. All the way through the process the staff were so helpful and friendly. The venue itself is beautiful and offers a perfect setting to decorate just as you want (although it looks great just as it is!). On the day everything was run smoothly and professionally but also in a friendly way. Not only were my husband and I over the moon with how it all went but we had lots of compliments from our guests on the unique venue and the lovely staff! Thank you so much to all of you, couldn't recommend this place highly enough!

This was the venue for my wedding reception in 2013.
The venue is amazing, really original.
My (now) wife didn't want the tried and tested 'country house' wedding and certainly didn't want the 'hotel function room' but she did want a cool, funky city centre venue and this was perfect.
Our priority was food and music.
Food took a couple of tasting sessions and discussion with Lee and Abbi and they did everything possible to ensure we got what we wanted within reason.
We booked a band and the venue can provide a DJ. There;s plenty of room for dancers on the floor, drinkers at the bar and relaxing sofas in quieter rooms
It is now over three months later and our guests are still talking about the food and, almost more importantly, how great the staff were.
Nobody left our wedding without plenty of food and plenty of well priced drink - best day ever thanks to the Fazeley team

My husband and I got married here on July 6th 2013 and what a fabulous day we had!
We fell in love with the venue as soon as we visited last year, the light and airy rooms, impressive decor, fabulous central location and laid back atmosphere. Abbi was wonderful on our first meeting, we explained our requirements (a small ceremony and meal followed by a massive party) and Abbi went out of her way to tailor their package to meet our needs and our budget.
On the lead up to the wedding I contacted Abbi on various occasions (to discuss dietary requests, chair covers, decorations, band questions etc) but I never felt like I was pestering her and always got helpful answers and warm responses.
On the day all of our guests commented on how amazing the venue was and how from outside you would never expect the stunning interior that awaits. The food was amazing (fabulous beef!), everyone loved the courtyard (it was an absolute scorcher of a day though!) and we had the bar extension until 1am with the dance floor heaving! The photos look amazing - and I have not even seen the professional photographers ones yet - the venue is so stunning that you really do not have to worry about 'dressing' it if you don't want to!
I cannot recommend Fazeley Studios highly enough! Thank you all there (especially Abbi) for giving us our prefect day!

Wedding Reception at The Old Library
Having worked in the vicinity of the Old Library, I knew that this venue was already a hidden gem and didn't wait long before showing my fiance the space. He fell in love with it too and we booked immediately as we knew it would be perfect for our Wedding Reception. With a guestlist of 180+ guests it provided the ideal ambience for a party and plenty of room for our Band and a dancefloor too! The Events Manager Tara was such a great help in the planning process and a pleasure to deal with throughout. Staff on the evening were attentive and helpful too. I love this venue and just wish so many more people knew about it, it really a hidden gem in Central Birmingham and such a memorable evening was had here celebrating our Wedding!

Went there for a Black History Event. We watched the preview of The Hate U Give and then had a discussion and made a collage in the Boardroom. The venue is magical. An old church used by a lot of people. The decor is brilliant. Comfy chairs, larger tables. I've been to a few events here and love the atmosphere. The court yard is mainly used by smokers but i've had some interesting conversations here. The staff are helpful and pleasant. It can be booked for events

I wanted to say how absolutely brilliant Fazeley was for our wedding day (March 2016). A special thanks to Emma and Raphael for looking after us so brilliantly. Everyone loved the venue and complimented the staff on how accommodating, friendly and professional they were. The food was really tasty and every dietary requirement was accommodated for, also the bar prices were very reasonable. We cannot fault a single thing, thank you so much for making it so seamless. We especially appreciate the help and support of Tara.
I would thoroughly recommend this venue.

We got married here on 7th August 2015. The venue is beautiful and a wonderful blank canvas to decorate how you like. We loved the 'churchy' style but without it being a stuffy church or having any religious connotations. The room is large and airy and has lots of natural light through beautiful arched windows. The staff were all really good and our wedding organiser was really good at communicating with us about our needs and what we needed to do next. On the day the staff were friendly and helpful. They took lots of photos for us and even danced behind the bar (of their own free will!) Everyone commented how beautiful the Old Library looked and we think it was the perfect venue for us. Grand but intimate. I personally loved the way there wasn't any dark wood or dated wallpaper or stuffy curtains in sight like so many hotels and manor house type venue. I would recommend the Old Library :)

We got married at The Old Library in September 2015 and would recommend it to any couple that wanted a venue that differed from the normal country house or hotel.
We love Digbeth (and lived there when planning our wedding) so were very keen to have a city wedding, that was accessible by all guests coming from out of town but that also had some character - and The Custard Factory definitely has that.
The staff at Fazeley Events, especially the staff on the day, were amazing and couldn't be more helpful. Everything ran so smoothly and we were left to enjoy our day without any worry.
All of our guests loved the venue, older guests liked that it had a church feel and younger guests liked the location. The food was also a hit with guests - one guest commented that "wedding food is normally awful but this is so nice".
Everytime we look back at our photos we now we picked the right venue for us, they are so unique, with no manicured lawn in sight!!
**There was only one thing my wife would mention to Fazeley Events that might be good to do - put a mirror (full length if poss) in the disabled toilet...as it is the toilet that the Bride is most likely to use and there was no mirror in there.
