Really big venue with a comfy balcony overlooking the main stage! Staff were all friendly enough, had no complaints like others here. Only downside was how slow set up was between acts/the after party. Also there were lots of staff on the bar just milling around, doing nothing - weird

What a brilliant venue. Bongos bingo is amazing. Fab atmosphere and the staff are polite and friendly. Didn't have to wait long at the bar to be served either really quick turn around. We had a reserved table. Also a big thank you to the manager who went above and beyond for use. Will be going there again and again.

We recently went for a night out at the Forum in Birmingham. What a superb venue with fantastic facilities and sound system. What really made our night special were the incredible staff, who welcomed us and looked after us throughout the evening. Special thanks to Princess and Chloe, who were both divine and greeted us and looked after us during the evening. We booked VIP at the venue which was excellent value but also chatted to many people with 'normal' tickets who thoroughly enjoyed the night also. We will definitely come back (from London). Thank you again!!!

Went to watch bicep peform, long queues but the staff got through them quickly and efficiently. Could do with another bar to cope with the amount of people as it got busier through the night.

Had a great night here recently. Staff were decent. Bar's were busy but you would expect that. Plenty of room in venue to get your freak on. Overall, cool space to rave. Will be revisiting again soon.

Event was good although merch table run out of merch hour and half after start (even tho we had VIP tickets and merch was promised). Venue was lacking for event that size. Toilets were so-so, bar was well stocked/equipped but understaffed, at some point (there are I think 3 or 4 bars) queue was about 30 minutes!! Accepts both cash and contactless payments, smoking area outside (could by signed tho). There is a coat room (we paid £2 for 3 jackets on one hanger) so that's cool. Security was good, guys helped out with one guys lost phone, my mate even post the coat ticket and we were still able to get it at the end. Venue might need some upgrading/facelift. Two floors, one stage, I think about 3 (maybe 4) bars, seating on both floors along one wall.

We went to Bongos Bingo, was a great night but £20 ticket for bingo then very expensive drinks is a very expensive night out! And the floor is so sticky it broke my shoes 🤣

Bongos Bingo event was great , spoilt mildly by bar being very busy because of what appeared to be lack of staff and those that were serving looked a bit lost and a bit pricey!!

Went to Forum for the first time last night, I was abit disappointed, took us an hour to get served, not sure if there was a staff shortage. Maybe I'll give it another go in the future.
