Having attended Highclare are a young girl, I remember driving past Lula Ann. When my mom worked near the shop, I remember driving past, as a new teenage driver, thinking I want to buy my wedding dress here in the future. My wish came true. I have to say that Nicki found my wedding dress. She is phenomenal, so kind, so patient, so honest. Having a wedding during the pandemic was a whirlwind but she helped me every step of the way. I wanted a detachable train and it worked then we had an issue but the staff resolved it and supported me. They also completed my mother’s alterations. The shop holds a special place in my heart and I cannot thank them enough for their attentive and responsive support. As a bride, that is exactly what you need to feel calm. Our wedding at Hawkstone Hall & Gardens was magical and everyone commented on the uniqueness of my dress. Thank you to you all but a special thanks to Nicki. Lots of love, Sasha

Cannot recommend highly enough! The service was absolutely brilliant. I felt comfortable and supported at all times. They helped me find my beautiful wedding dress which was one of a kind. I could not have been happier with everything. My mom also got her outfit from the Mother of The Bride store next door which looked incredible. Definitely recommending to everyone.

I couldn't recommend Lula Ann and the girls there highly enough, or thank them enough for absolutely everything! The girls are so knowledgeable and were so so helpful, which I felt really set them apart from other places. Although I loved a few dresses at Lula Anne, Tina encouraged me to try a new arrival that she thought I would love - which I knew as soon as I tried it was my wedding dress. She is fab, and listened to 100% of what I was after! I loved my dress and veil so much and am eternally thankful for Tina for seeing it and suggesting I try it - you're the best! I purchased my wedding dress nearly 2 years ago but because of covid didn't get to have my final fittings and wedding until February 2022. Staff have been amazing throughout and customer services was a million stars and more. I had the lady that is spitting image of Sam friers, her knowledge on what would suit me from what wouldn't was spot on. My dress customisation was completed last month in time for my new wedding date and final fitting. Everyone loved my dress and said it really flatterred me. I had the ronald joyce fishtail mermaid style dress with customised tulle glitter underskirt.

Highly recommend. I came here after having a terrible experience at brides of Solihull. I had lost all faith that I would be able to find the dress I wanted. The ladies in here were amazing. They listened to what I wanted and the first dress I tried on, was the one. The service you receive here is amazing. From start to finish, they help you every step of the way. I went to Lula Ann Bridal with my Niece. Tina the bridal stylist was lovely. We were offered drinks and allowed to look at the dresses.She was really helpful to my Niece. Hopefully she will chose her dress from there.I would highly recommend this beautiful shop.

Finding my dress in Lula Ann Bridal was a great experience. I was after a particular Ronald Joyce dress and it was available only in Lula Ann Bridal so I drove all the way from London. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had the best experience at Lula Ann. This was the first shop I looked for a dress in. I felt under no pressure at all to buy a dress and they have the largest collection of dresses so there is something for everyone. They even allowed me to come back later in the day to try on the dress one final time. 100% in love with the dress and the girls were so lovely, they made it a really fun day I will never forget.

This is the most amazing shop I've ever been to, theres so much choice. I had no idea what I wanted and they helped me find the most perfect dress. They made me feel extremely comfortable and are LGBTQ+ friendly. They went out there way to get me in before my wedding. Then when dates changed due to covid, they fitted me in a week before the wedding to get my dress altered. I really did feel like a princess thank you so much. I highly recommend this beautiful shop.

I came in not knowing what I wanted at all but knowing I don't like 99% of wedding dresses and yet after a 5 minute chat and a sift through the dresses, you helped me find the perfect dress on MY THIRD ONE! I had such a lovely experience here. Id seen a dress I liked the style of online, but other than that I didn't really know what i wanted or what would suit me. They picked out a few for me to try and within 4 dresses they had determined the best shape to suit my figure. Dress number 5 I fell in love with and is the gown I have purchased for my wedding. The shop is beautiful and has hundreds of different dresses. Id find it difficult to believe that somebody could go here and not find a dress they liked. The girls were really friendly and helpful and listened to what I liked and didn't like before choosing the next dress to try. I would 100% recommend to all future brides.

Lula Ann were AMAZING. The staff were so friendly and lovely. They made me feel completely at ease, even at this time when the experience of wedding dress shopping was complicated with Covid-19 safety measures. I got the bubbly, I was made a fuss of, it was just wonderful. The girls were so helpful and positive. I felt absolutely no pressure to like anything that they pulled or feel like there was an expectation for me to find ‘the dress’ that day. They listened to me and what I liked/disliked about each dress and knew exactly what to suggest for me - I found ‘The One’ after trying on about five dresses! Once I knew it was the one, they were so patient with me - I didn’t feel like I had to take the dress off, pay the bill and get out the door because they’d made a sale - it was obvious that my experience and being able have that moment in my wedding dress was really important to them. I was able to try on accessories, I was able to FaceTime my Maid of Honour, they made so much fuss of me. Despite Covid, it was exactly the wedding dress shopping experience that I’d always dreamed of. THANK YOU so much to the amazing staff at Lula Ann - I would recommend them so much.

This is was the first bridal shop i went to and could not fault them on anything. the ladies were so helpful the dress selection is amazing all the dresses are beautiful found mine within a hour. As someone who suffers with anxiety and does not feel comfortable around new people this shop was a perfect choice the workers in there are so helpful and make you feel so at ease. could not reccomend this shop more!

To all brides to be; Lula Ann Bridal is definitely the place to go for your dream dress!! After visiting 5 other dress shops in the Birmingham area and feeling despondent with what I was seeing I arrived at Lula Ann’s and tried on 3 of their many beautiful dresses in their collection. The 2nd dress is now the dress I will be married in on the 28th July. I am so excited as I simply love my dress it is exactly what I wanted. The dresses are beautiful quality with the most elegant detail, they simply are breathtaking. The staff in the shop are also wonderful, they are not pushy, and give honest, friendly advice. Nothing is too much trouble either, I changed my mind about which veil at last minute and they happily agreed to put it on hold whilst I decided what I would like. My whole experience has been simply amazing a Lula Ann’s and I can’t thank the girls enough.

What an amazing mother of the bride shop recently opened to complement bridal shop. Girls were so friendly, made so welcome, choice of outfits stunning. Nothing was to much trouble large selection to try on and advise is second to none. I tried on at least 10 outfits , but went with my first choice. I've been to three other shops and nothing tops this shop and to top it off lovely prosecco. Well done ladies it was a pleasure to visit you today and wish you every success with the new outlet.

I just want to say a huge thanks to the ladies at Lula Ann. Having been to a few wedding shops, where, because being a plus size lady, I’d ended up almost in tears because they either hadn’t got many plus sized dresses in stock or being made to feel like I should of lost at least 4 stone before thinking about trying a dress on. I walked into Lula Ann after standing outside for a while plucking the nerve to go in. How completely different I was made to feel, I was shown to a changing room and had at least 6 dresses that had been picked out that they thought I would like, as I’d completely given up, and it was the 3rd dress in I stopped. We’d found THE DRESS... ❤️ They even made me a chiffon jacket to wear with my dress so that it covered my arms. After a horrible few days going into different shops the best thing I did was go to Lula Ann. Beautiful dresses, fab service, good range of plus size dresses and just really nice ladies helping me. I walk past this shop every day and am always amazed by the beautiful dresses in the window, so when my sister got engaged, I was excited to recommend this shop to her. My sister visited another five shops and in the end bought her dress from here. The dresses were absolutely stunning, not just that though, the ladies in the shop were extremely helpful. They were amazing at finding out what my sister liked and didn't about each dress she tried on and then found ones that fitted with her likes and dislikes which meant she ended up with a dress that was simply perfect. The ladies also stuck to budget which is so important with a wedding dress, when you can just let your imagination run wild. They made us all feel very special, even me and my mother! They were really down to earth and made the experience really special. I can't thank them enough for making my sister look so incredible and most of all, making her feel like a princess for one of the most important days of her life!
