Ordered last minute for my daughters birthday party. Accommodated brilliant for the party and delivered the night before to ensure it was at the venue on time as the party started early the following morning. Will be using again and highly recommend them

Hired the princess party package for my little girls 5th birthday. Absolutely amazing nothing was to much. Turned up on time everything set up very quickly and collection was spot on too. My little one and all her friends absolutely loved it. Was ana amazing party. Thank you.

UNRELIABLE! As I can't delete my comment would to add later that day I was contacted and they apologise and covered the cost of the other castle thY I hired. can't put 0 or minus stars !! I booked a castle over a month ago and contacted them a few time to make sure my booking was going to be there !!! I asked for them to be there for 9.30 to set up for party at 10. After calling them over 20 times in different ways and no answer, stressed at my child's party I called a different one to come. They turned up 45 mins late !!

After being let down last minute by bounce away castles for my daughters 4th birthday party! I rang model my party and the gentleman had a bouncy castle for me straight away within half an hour!!! Will definitely use this company again, excellent service and friendly staff, 5 stars all round.

**UPDATE** As promised I have updated my review. They came super early and as we asked came as late as possible to collect. Communication and price was good - they guys were friendly and worked quickly. Any issues we had were later resolved professionally and they have offered me a discount on our next order which I appreciate.

Bouncy castle was such a hit with all the kids for my son's 4th birthday party, especially having the additional inflatables in the middle which they could knock down and jump on, absolutely hours of fun! Great staff, very nice and helpful, One of the staffs name is Mark, Mark was a very nice and polite person. Mark was very helpful for us to pick another Bouncy Castle for some time in the future for us.
