W.We bought a last minute product from here over the weekend, all a bit last minute to inflate balloons for my Sons graduation, the item was the only one in the shop but unfortunately for whatever reason it failed to function, we rang the shop and even though it was now closed the call was diverted to the owner, after the situation was explained the business owner didn't not hesitate to meet us back at the closed shop for a replacement item. This made the weekend a success, Thank you for the Professional response and I wish your Business the best of luck in the future.
A. J.Really not impressed, miserable guy on the phone and same miserable guy who came to Set up for a wedding.
And to top it off the balloons were pretty much deflated by 4/5pm on the same day, after only being set up at 11.30am, not to mention Cheap looking.
Sad really as have been really pleased in the past.
Won’t use or recommend again 😔
S. H.WOW just WOW. They did us proud on our Wedding day. 3 x 5 meter Air length bubbles in the centre stair well of the Town Hall. Various other air bubbles dotted around our evening venue. They did look amazing and finished the decorating off perfectly. Thank you Bournemouth Ballons
