Arrived early and warmly greeted by Alex. Days events explained and equipment handed out. Although website says 25 minutes starting point of gorge scrambling, it’s more like 40. Got changed into wetsuits in what looked like a village hall, so if you’re bashful it’s not for you! safety talk complete and off we went! A bit of a walk ( with plenty more to follow) but climbing rocks, jumping in from various heights was brilliant fun and well worth the trip. Alex was a great leader who made our day that bit more special. Need a lay down now!! Highly recommend

We had an epic day canyoning! Amazing scenery, awesome water based fun. The big jumps and waterfalls were top highlights. Our guides Gareth and Alex were excellent, great banter and very professional. Cheers gents!

When we arrived our booking (which we had for months) wasn't registered. Luckily Nigel slotted us in immediately and apologised. We got our kit from the centre and drove 35 minutes to the car park at a village hall. Paul gave us a safety briefing and took us on our way. We had an amazing time in a group of 10 of us. Paul was really informative and made sure we had lots of fun and got to do multiple jumps and climbs. One of the best days ever. Paul then took the wet kit back saving us a drive back to the centre.

Fantastic experience, Alex was so engaging with everyone in our group that made it super interesting and great fun. Our 11yr old boy really enjoyed that type of full on adrenaline experience! Brilliant for all ages and 5 stars to Alex and Adventure Wales

We did the scrambling tour and it was amazing. The guide and equipment was very professional. We made a mistake with our shoes but they were prepared with spare shoes which was a life saver. I would recomend this company.

Just had the best stag weekend with these guys. Did the Gorge Walking, absolutely brilliant! The boys and I had an experience to remember. Alex and Blake the guides were exceptionally nice lads and made the whole experience really enjoyable.

Gorge scrambling activity for our stag group was amazing, our guide Rhys was top quality - very knowledgeable and friendly. Despite us being late there was flexibility from the Guide (much appreciated) and our group felt in safe hands at all times. An unforgettable experience.

They were very accommodating to our last minute request. We enjoyed our surfing experience with the wonderful instructor. Safety precautions (social distancing, etc.) were followed throughout.

We did gorge jumping and it was intense right the way through! It was a stag of 18 guys. Super fun. Reiss and simon were superb instructors! Couldn't recommend enough!

Fantastic surfing lesson - friendly, knowledgeable and great fun. From total beginners to getting up on the board (for a second at least!) in a couple of hours.

3.5 Stars. We went Canyoning with Adventures Wales. Pros: -Plenty of attention to safety/best practice. -Not bad communication prior to the event. -Guides were reasonably friendly, if occasionally a little officious. -Unexpectedly varied (i.e. almost caving at times). -Prices OK - neither cheap nor expensive. - Great location and setting. Cons: -No pictures! We have no record of the day. Other organisations bring a waterproof camera along and will take pictures of you. Really surprised that they don't offer this as basic complementary service. Big shame. -Wouldn't accept BACS (like every other outdoor activity provider I've ever used... and there have been quite a few, as I run a group) and you can't pay by card on the day. Kept on saying "give us your card details over the phone, it'll be fine". They're not dodgy, but it is, unarguably, an insecure method and I did find their attitude pretty unhelpful. -Litter and rubbish in the river. Not their fault, but when there are bottles bobbing around your head in the water, it's not nice. Needs a good cleanup. -Some of it was a bit tame/slow paced. That said, as someone who scrambles and climbs regularly, my tolerance is probably higher than your average member of the public. + We were quite a big group. Neither/Nor: - A lot of the provided kit was on its last legs. Still did a job. -Distance to the canyoning site was 20-30 minutes' drive. Better to meet there directly rather than at the centre as all the kit could fit in the van. On the whole, not bad, but could be easily improved. People seemed to enjoy it.

Great fun, we had a lovely chap called Jack take us round and he was the perfect combination of fun and safety conscious. Well worth the cost for Gorge Scrambling. Highly recommended.

We did paint balling and quad bikes were on Saturday 18th. The paintball area wasn't huge but a good enough area for 7 people with plenty of barriers for cover. The quad biking wasn't massively exciting only a small area to ride around in and you get the restricted quad which dont go fast. They didn't have enough for all seven so we had to go in groups but staff were great and we would go again if were near by

So glad i booked with this company, from the moment me and my daughter's arrived till the end of our adventure everyone was polite and helpful ,we went on a gorge walk today with adventure Wales , had a lovely guide Alex who was informative, great fun and very professional, the whole day was amazing, well worth the money

Used the centre and its services for the last 3 years on summer programmes for young people. They are very accommodating for all ability levels and all staff are very nice and helpful. Would recommend and use again!
