Friendly staff, good range of things for kids to explore. As a childish adult I can vouch that the blue wavey slide is fun - fast enough to bring on a "woohoo" but not fast enough to scare off my timid 3yo. Equipment fairly clean actually, which isn't usually the case in these places (my hands don't feel sticky and gross after a few goes round the course). Good grub too - standard kids meals but good. With it being quiet they've let us stay longer than the session we paid for too. I'll definitely be coming here again, especially with it being right by the train station.

What a lovely place for children to play. Lovely, friendly staff who are happy to help & welcoming. There is an excellent under 4s section with climbing areas, slides, ball pit and more. There's a ball court for kids to play in & a much larger climbing play area for older kids with lots to do. Plenty of seating & a good reasonably priced menu. Toilets with baby change. It was clean & tidy and I would deffinately reccomend this soft play.

Normally have very positive things to say about this place, but was very disappointed with the way I was treated by the young girl today. Was overcharged for the food (menu needs updating if I'm being told, "that's what it says on the till"), and then had the spoon thrown to me. That aside, the gentleman at the front desk was polite and accommodating, and made my boys feel very welcome. Despite the negative impact the young girl gave me, this is a 5 star play area. Really clean and tidy since the re-branding. make sure you book before you go that Can be done over phone or on there Facebook page. Restricted numbers due to covid and each group entering is giving a colour table to sit on with is over 2 metres from the next. Food is really nice for both adults and children, average price. Staff are really friendly

This is a great place to take your little ones. However if I was to suggest improvements, I'd thicken the play mats for the safety of the children and have one or two members of staff to supervise the children again for safety. I know this is down to costs but to run a well organized event for the little ones safety must be a priority and I'd employ staff with no hesitation to make sure the little ones were safe from falls or danger. On the plus note a good selection of hot food which looked well presented and a good range for the children and adults alike. The security door is safe and can only be accessed by adults or staff. The two toilets are suitable for both able bodied and disabled people. I watched my granddaughter and other children play and the time flew by so it's a great way for the youngsters to play for an hour or two especially on a cold grey wet day outside, plus the exercise the youngsters get I'm sure by the time the y get home they will be ready for bed and sleep all night for mum and dad. Well worth a visit. Car park is a little small but is enough for most if you want to drop off or prepared to wait for an available space.

My 2 year old granddaughter had a whale of a time. Very clean and evidence of cleaning between play sessions. Coffee and sandwich were fresh and tasty. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Always bring my little girl here, been coming since she was 9months old and she adores the place! Always clean and tidy, the staff who manage to clean with children running round everywhere are diamonds! In fact, all the staff have been lovely on every single visit. The food is good quality especially for the price, my favourite is the chilli! Facilities are brill, especially with the constant use from children (I can't keep up with 1 child and a grown man). Keep it up guys! It's a fab place to bring the kids and enjoy latte!

Great place to take the children. My four children are aged 2 up to 10. Food is nice and lots of room for them to play. Only downside is they close at 4 pm most Saturdays and as I can't get there with the children until 2.30 it would be nice if they opened until 5, but that's my personal opinion

Kids had a great time, not the best price if you have more than two kids your looking a pricey day out as you are not allowed to take your own food or drinks but the food they do sell is good value for money and is all fresh which is nice to see A mom with two kids set me back £25 and that's before travel. It can be done for £15 if you don't buy any food and just get the kids drinks(which they will need) great friendly staff well set up system of kids in and out will defo visit again as a treat :)

Lovely place to go. Although parking needs to be sorted out as It appears no more than 20 cars can fit in- and parking is shared with other establishments and coffee could be hot. But a lovely couple of hours play for children.

4 stars because my kids love it which is the point I guess. The loss if a star is because it could do with a bit of a freshen up. The lighting is quite dim, it just needs a bit of life and brightness bringing to the place but otherwise it's a good place to go for a few hours with my kids.

I will avoid peak times...as I struggled to get the pushchair around the seating area. As the tables and chairs were being used there wasn't sufficient space to pass without disturbing people. It would have been impossible to manoeuvre a wheelchair around there. However i would like to point out that this was due to it being very busy. The toilet area was clean and tidy, Staff were friendly and helpful! I will visit again but not on a grey Saturday afternoon. 😊

A hidden gem - when you rock up it doesn't look like much from the outside, but once inside staff give you a warm greeting and there is so much for little ones of all ages to do, kept my little one entertained for ages! Food and drinks served too. Would go back again if in the area again.

Nice size play centre, plenty of travels to have lunch at. Meal options ok. Play equipment is showing its age but none seemed unsafe just a tad worn and grimy. However kids love it.

Cheap to get in, big inside with plenty to do. Huge 'big boy' climbing frame, and good sized 'under 3s' section. Drinks are well priced. Always warm inside with the massive heater. Will definitely be coming back.

The areas dont appear to be very clean. I feel a deep clean is needed especially in the toddler area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is a nightmare. I like that it remains open when parties are on unlike some play areas.

i really enjoy once upon a play time,my little boy has such a great time.. but over lsst couple months it been so unbelievably cold to the point i wear jumper and keep a coat on and i make sure my son wear t shirt and jumper.. i havent gone as much as i lile due to to coldness but hopefully warmer weather come so can enjoy it alot more there.
