We have recently attended my friends hen party in Manchester and had a fantastic time. Hen Heaven have been so helpful along the way, they have always been contactable and are happy to answer all questions (and I had a lot!). Our party planner Alex has been amazing, as have all other members of the team that we've spoken to. The online party hub is really easy to navigate and making payments was quick and easy. Thank you Hen Heaven for making what was a stressful job much easier! Would definitely recommend to any future brides/hen party planners.

Had an amazing Hen weekend in Bristol. Thanks to Alisha at Hen Heaven for sorting out the little details for our Bubble Mania experience, the Cocktail making which was really good and the Popworld Club where we all had a great time. The travel lodge hotel was within walking distance of the activities and was clean and comfortable. The website is very easy to use and the whole party have their own log ins to be able to make part payments which is a great help with the finances. I would definitely recommend using Hen Heaven.

My hen party planning was AMAZING from start to finish. Tom talked everything through with me over the phone, to put together the package that I wanted. From then on, all communication was done via the party hub, and I had almost instant replies. The payment system was so convenient for each hen to pay for themselves as and when they liked! I was really impressed with the experience I had with Hen Heaven. I was really nervous about organising my sister’s hen do as I know how stressful that they can be. But the girls at Hen Heaven (particularly Charlotte and Beth!) we’re so helpful and made the process really easy. Such a relief not having to send those ‘please transfer money for...) messages! There was a choice of destinations and activities. We opted for York and chose Wine Tasting as our activity. This was a great idea. We had a brilliant time and the place we went to (Hotel du Vin) was just gorgeous. I would definitely use Hen Heaven again and will be recommending it to everyone I know!

Fantastic service received from Charlotte Bradley. Told her everything we wanted for the hen weekend and she arranged it all, even when we changed our mind a few times; completely effortless. Being able to let everyone pay for their own deposits and final payment was so much easier for me rather than collect money from everyone. Which resulting in a fantastic weekend for all of us and the Hen had the hen party she wanted. After having had such a great experience when we decided to have another weekend away with only four girls Charlotte was my first point of contact and again received fantastic service and great value for money. Will and have recommended to everyone I know and will be returning for any future plans.

Had a great experience with HenHeaven. I noticed a great package for a spa weekend at the Felbridge Hotel in East Grinstead and immediately called to book, I was told that they no longer worked with that particular hotel as didn't receive many requests for bookings in that location, the adviser was incredibly helpful and told me she would contact them to see if they would accept our booking so that we had the benefits of using HenHeaven rather than having to negotiate directly with the hotel. They managed to secure 10 places for a spa weekend in September, allowing each girl to pay a small amount towards the weekend each month rather than 1 lump sum. We had some dietary concerns as the hotel employed a new chef part way through the year who removed the majority of vegetarian and only vegan option available, again the girls at HenHeaven couldn't do enough to assist and swiftly contacted the hotel to ask for an alternative dish to be created, once we were there we had our very own menu prepared with a small selection of very tasty dishes. If you're planning a party and have multiple guests attending, I cannot recommend HenHeaven enough! They made everything so simple and manageable and everyone that attended the party had a truly wonderful time.

HenHeaven was great from start to finish. They responded to all my queries and were helpful. They kept me updated with the process and sent reminders for payments and when information was needed for the weekend away. I liked that the website was easy to use and it was painless as the chief bridesmaid because I didn't have to collect any money. All the hens had their own log on to pay for themselves. I would use them again and recommend to anyone.

Charlotte Bradley was really helpful when it came to organise hen weekend in Bournemouth for my sister. The hen weekend was amazing. Hotel she recommended was lovely. Love the breakfast. Only thing I would mention it may be worth mentioning to customer when they book packages is the cameo club do booths with drinks package which I didn’t know, if I known I would book one but it was an amazing night. Thanks Hen heaven and thanks for putting up with all my questions haha!

There were no unnecessary hassles and Charlotte (our Event Planner) was friendly, informative and arranged everything for us so we didn't have to worry about anything. Amy was my event planner and she was fab. I was organising a hen party for 10 girls I didn't really know (apart from the bride) and Gen Heaven made it so easy for me. I booked a hen party for my future daughter in law through hen heaven and was allocated a dedicated event planner Sophie. She tailor made our experience perfectly and helped adapt it, as the hen was pregnant. The event was a cocktail making experience in Newcastle. We bad a fantastic time we are going to book it again next year once the baby has been born and do it all again and will be using the same company again and hopefully have the same event planner

What to say over than fantastic? I arrange a hen weekend for my best friend. We had a budget of £200 per person and wanted to go to Cardiff for two nights. We stayed at a fantastic 4 star hotel and enjoyed the spa facilities on the Saturday after our night out on the Friday night. We started off our weekend with an escape room which was really fun and then in the evening we did a cocktail class at the dirty martini. We have a private area and food platters were lovely and adequate enough to remove an evening meal. To top off the weekend we went to a comedy club on the Saturday night were we had amazing seats at the back, sat up a little higher than the others. Fantastic weekend and value for money and very easy to organize and manage!

Jamie Walsh at hen heaven made booking a hen party to Cambridge very easy. Payment plans were offered to spread the cost and all deadlines were obvious. Communication through the party hub was quick and easy. The hen party activities we choose we're dinner at Jamie Oliver's, punting and cocktail making. Fantastic company, very easy from start to finish. Every question we had for my Hen party was answered quickly and thoroughly by one of the customer care team. Kimberley who we initially booked with made the process so simple. Me and my hens were all kept in the loop and deadlines were emailed so you can keep track. I used hen heaven/the stag company for a hen party I was organising in Dublin in September. They were extremely helpfully and made my planning so much easier. Jamie took all the hard work off my hands and being able to pay it up was fantastic. Our activities were great, the cocktail making was amazing, not your usual watered down cocktails but top class ones that you’d get in a high end cocktail bar. We also did the pedi bike! Highly recommend this. It was a laugh from start to finish and we would of peddled for another hour if we could of. From the first phone call to my many questions and until we went out the experience was smooth and un-stressful. Our party planner was clear and concise and helped me with everything I needed. The day was well planned out with an afternoon tea at our five start hotel and we had a blast with a night out at the Adonis Show and club Aquarium! Highly recommend henheaven and if needed would definately book again for another hendo. Our event planner Lorna was very quick to help and update us on our booking all the way through. We all thoughourly enjoyed my sisters hendo in Budapest the chosen activities were fab and the tour guide was also brilliant. I used Hen Heaven to book a hen do in Tenerife. My events organiser was Sam. He was able to suggest a number of ideas and was easy to contact regarding any questions that I had. I had a few reservations about using a company like this as I have been let down in the past by a similar company however I couldn't fault these guys. The website is easy to use and the best thing is that i didnt have to pay for everything myself as all of the hens could log on and make their own payments. When we got to Tenerife all of the activities went so smoothly it made the weekend so enjoyable. I will definitely use this company again.

Hen heaven were fantastic. I was so nervous because it was the first hen do I have even been on and planned and I really didn't want to let my best friend down. Hen heaven were really friendly and guiding me in the process (Alex was my party planner). What was the most useful is they took the financial pressure off me so everyone could pay online rather than waiting for people to pay me back. There was an itenery and a helpline which made every very easy. I would definitely recommend them!

We had a fantastic hen weekend in York. Toby our events planner went above and beyond fpr our group as we received some bad news and needed to reschedule last minute. The hotel was in the perfect location, we had a lovely meal at Jamies italian and the Partini package at Flares was very enjoyable also. As I was given the role of organising the hen do I needed to make sure that it was one to remember for everyone involved- so no pressure! I came across Hen Heaven and so glad to have used them in order to organise the hen do. From initial contact with Alex as an events planner, who managed to give me a few ideas and quotes, all the way through to the hen do itself was perfect. The company allowed me to plan my best friends hen do easily and affordably even offering the option to pay as much or as little as you liked or total balance this made it so much easier to spread the cost. I have just returned from a fantastic weekend in Prague. I want to thank Linda for all of her help in making this whole process seamless. She helped me to choose a location and helped answer any questions that the group had. I could not recommend Linda enough! The Partyhub was invaluable, allowing all hens to log on and pay the balance in their own time or to set up a direct debit. All of the hens commented on how easy the system was. Vadim was our guide in Prague and was brilliant. He helped to organise taxis for some of our group and walked us to all of our activities. Unfortunately the Prosecco bike had to cancel last minute, but Vadim spoke with the company to rearrange the booking and quickly found a nearby restaurant for us, called them to ensure they could take 15 of us and escorted us there. He also stayed whilst we did the Prosecco bike the following day and took loads of photos. This is service I was not expecting and so happy that we received. The whole service from start to finish made for an incredible weekend that my sister (the bride) will never forget.

I would deffo recommend HenHeaven for organising a Hen Do. Just came back from a brilliant weekend in Bournemouth. Couldn't have been easier to arrange and got a lot for the money we paid. Makes it so much easier having someone do all the organising for you, just tell them what you want and it's done. From making the first call I've had excellent service .spoke to my planner Alex ,he explained everything on offer .im a techno phobe but found it easy to set up for my friends to set there payment plan up .spreading payments is great .loved the fact I just chose my activities and plan was all setup .they also arrange my travel .would recommend using travel as bus was very clean and comfortable .my activities were easy to access also .hotel was also lovely staying at jury's inn .overall weekend was excellent would definitely recommend to people
