The Copper Top Bar were fantastic! My partner arranged a surprise cocktail making class for us with friends and family for my birthday. The kits were posted out to everyone full of all the equipment and ingredients to make 3 fantastic cocktails. Bonus of getting all the equipment is we can now go away and recreate the drinks ourselves time and time again. I can't recommend them enough, and they really made my lockdown birthday a memorable one!

Thank you Ru and Tilly for such a fantastic experience! Never done a mixology class before and it was more fabulous than I'd even imagined. It started with the arrival of a box of goodies - everything we needed to make 3 cocktails (or mocktails) and a few 'bar snacks'. Great choice of cocktails, fun making them and loved drinking all of them! Ru was warm, friendly, fun and patient as a host, with Tilly supporting those of us who 'missed a bit' in the background. Such a brilliant, fun session. If you're looking to do something as a remote family, bunch of friends or a work 'do' to help support your team's wellbeing, I can't recommend this enough.

The Copper Top Bar was hired for our work social, we had an amazing afternoon making cocktails via a video lesson. Ruaridh was a great host giving us lots of knowledge on the drinks we were making and I have to say he has the patience of a saint when trying to get 70 plus people to make drinks in sync. Would definitely recommend to anyone and I look forward to the next cocktail session!

Had a great surprise 30th cocktail making party for a friend with The Copper Top Bar last weekend. Ruaridh and Tilly were friendly and amusing hosts and my husband and I really enjoyed making the cocktails. I'm not a huge fan of cocktails but Ruaridh explained how cocktails made at home like most recipes can be tweaked to individual taste. The ingredients and equipment sent was of excellent quality and we've used again this weekend as a Mothers Day treat. :-) Would like to book another class to learn some more cocktails to make. Booked for a friend's 30th online birthday party. The atmosphere was relaxed and playful, the setup was pretty and the cocktail making was good fun and really informative. We ordered and received our kit in the post, and Ruaridh and Tilly carefully and thoughtfully took care of everything in advance, from the beautiful Copper Top kit, to the fresh and fragrant ingredients! We loved the experience, it was great to learn new cocktails from a team with such a wealth of experience and an obvious and genuine passion for what they do, and to celebrate with friends during lockdown - Ruaridh made the atmosphere fun, and was supportive and was a true professional. Oh what a night ! 🎶 We ‘hired’ The Copper Top bar for my son’s 21st birthday ( his second Lockdown bday ) . I wanted to do something that made his bday evening a bit special and create more of an ‘occasion’ . Well , Ruaridh was incredible at making it a fabulous night -and it ticked every box and more ! The cocktail ingredients all arrived earlier in the day , beautifully packaged with super attention to detail . In the evening we all met over zoom and had our cocktail lessons ; we learnt new facts , little tricks and laughed a lot . The cocktails were genuinely the best I’ve tasted in years - and Ruaridh made sure that we will remember how to make these cocktails for ever onwards . The cocktail party left us all very ‘jolly’ , so we continued partying until the early hours creating our own cocktail shots . So thank you so much Copper Top Bar -and Ruaridh- what a great business you have there . I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to use them for a long distance zoom party , a work party , a wedding or any celebration . It was worth every penny and we won’t forget that night in a long time !

Just fabulous! I am so so pleased I found The Copper Top Bar. From the moment I booked, in March 2021 to my 50th birthday garden party in September 2021, communication and service was exceptional. The hosts Ruaridh, Tilly and Sarah were brilliant from start to finish. Happy, easy going, good fun and totally professional. And oh my, the cocktails were divine. I cannot recommend Ruaridh and Tilly and their wonderful Copper Top Bar enough! Ruaridh has got such a wicked sense of humour and we all felt instantly relaxed in his company. The cocktails were absolutely delicious. Ruaridh went through each cocktail (4 different ones) and the process of making it with us and we were all then given the chance to create our own Espresso Martini at the end which was hilarious :) Honestly, I can’t wait for the next opportunity to book these guys again.
