L. J.What a great addition to Brighton this new comedy club is! Brand spanking new with a U-shaped auditorium which means you get a great view of the stage area wherever you sit. Super friendly and helpful door and bar staff which is a breath of fresh air too. This is now going to be our go-to Saturday night comedy venue. We have been 4 times now and always a great line up of comics. It is hosted by the razor sharp wit Stephen Grant - honestly its worth going just for him - his audience participation is hilarious and never mean. When you book there is a small charity donation which means this place has heart and cares about how it can support others. I love that aspect and it's what I moved to Brighton for.

N. R.We were lucky enough to get tickets for the opening night and it was bloody brilliant! Hilarious acts - my face was aching by each interval! Really modern and very cool venue, no sticky floors, quick service at the bars too. Even the door staff were very friendly and welcoming - you wouldn’t have thought it was opening night as this seemed like the work of well oiled machine which shows that they must have a great team running it.
Completely recommend this venue and comedy night, I would pick it over any other local nights in a heartbeat. Can’t wait for the next show!!

The venue is the perfect size for comedy and the stage seating set up really added to the atmosphere. There's a food van outside too and although we didn't eat I ended stalking a lady that ordered food because it smelt awesome so I'd guess it's worth a shot.
A. D.What an excellent selection of comedians / comediennes on stage at The Forge Comedy Club on Saturday 2nd April. A great evening with excellent MC work by Stephen, as usual, in a great venue of The Ironworks Studio. We'll be returning for more in the future.
R. R.Absolutely loved the new Forge Comedy Club at Ironworks. Saw three hilarious acts who were all excellent. It’s a smart venue with helpful staff and really easy to get served at the bar. The view seems good wherever you sit too. Delicious food on offer as well. Highly recommended for a great night out. Have already booked more tickets!

The layout of the venue was great, as everyone seemed to have a good view, and the evening just seemed to have a real buzz about it. Will definitely be back soon!
