Breath taking my husband said as I met him in the aisle. Beautiful, family and friends said of the dress and accessories! There is a very wide selection of dresses at The O Zone and I found my perfect one on the first try on. I was delighted with the magnificent service as our wedding was arranged quickly and The O Zone worked around my travel to Brighton for fittings. I highly recommend team at The O Zone! Thank you so much to the lovely ladies at The O Zone for helping me find my perfect wedding dress. I had very specific requirements of my dress because of my skin problems, this was no issue at all and the lovely Lesley suggested a dress - I fell in love immediately. The seamstress worked her magic and transformed the already beautiful dress into my dream dress. My dad ended up getting his suit from O Zone and my sister got her dress from there too! The service from the ladies at the boutique has been consistently professional and friendly. They look out for you and through these hard COVID times, I felt like they were really rooting for me and picking up my dress from the lovely Deborah the day before felt quite emotional ! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The O Zone!

Even though I ended up not purchasing my dress through O Zone, the folks here were extremely pleasant, and patient with me. They took the time to get to know what I wanted and were very helpful in letting me try on all sorts of dresses and advising on alternatives. They really know their stuff here!

Considerate, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping find you your perfect dress. There was zero pressure and so personalised - I felt as though Christine and Lesley were more concerned with helping me find the type of dress I'd like, rather than trying to push their products for a sell - which as someone who came in so undecided, meant everything. They have a wide range of options, lots of different styles and looks, so you'd be hard pressed to leave empty handed - but if you did, you can guarantee they would wish you well and be glad to have helped you on your journey. I'm looking forward to coming back to collect my dress next year (they offer to keep in-house) for final fittings ahead of the big day.

Having been let down badly by Pretty Eccentric, round the corner, we were thirlled by the amazing customer service we had by the two ladies in this store. They could not have been kinder and listened to what kind of dress my friend would like, her budget and so forth. Absolutely amazing customer service from the O Zone's owners, Deborah and Christine. They were beyond helpful, patient, and Deborah totally 'got' what I wanted for my wedding dress, sticking within my budget and taste. They were professional, as well as pleasant, helpful and friendly. Having been there for two separate visits before finally settling on my beautiful wedding dress, I couldn't recommend them more - lovely shop and owners! As for price range, there really is something for everyone. Christine is a hugely talented dressmaker, as well as businesswoman, which means you can make changes to your dress if need be and they'll be perfectly done. Thoroughly recommend the O Zone Bridal!

I came here with my mum after phoning and got lucky as somebody had cancelled so they were able to fit me in. The woman who helped us was so lovely and made the whole experience so lovely. She helped me try and figure out what styles to try and imagine what the dress would look like once tailored to me. I ended up buying my dress after my first appointment and do not regret it one bit. Even though this shop is far away from where I live (Scotland) or my wedding venue, it was 100% the right shop for me.

I've had such a fantastic experience buying my wedding dress from this boutique. The staff are so supportive, friendly and so experienced. I ended up getting the first dress they suggested. They stock a wide variety of styles & accessories. We also ended up going back for our Groomsmen suit hire. Really lovely bridal shop. The staff were so so nice and my friend tried on a bunch of dresses which took a couple of hours. She was not rushed or pressured into buying a dress. They have a good selection of different styles at different prices and are skilled in giving you advice. I didn't go upstairs but I know they have bridesmaids dresses and suits which I imagine are also great.

This place has a range of beautiful gowns of many different styles. The lady was very helpful and gave me lots of different suggestions and helpful advice on styles I might like. I didn't feel rushed or pressured and was allowed to take my time! There is something for everyone here and would recommend to my friends looking for gowns in Brighton.

Ask for Deborah. She's super helpful, flexible and will go out of her way to try and achieve what you ask for. I booked an appointment to try on bridal dresses with Deborah just one week before my wedding and although I ended up purchasing a dress from a shop in London (as I was wanting a dress in a colour) Ozone ended up steaming and boxing the dress I bought for travel to Italy. Thank you Deborah for all your great support.

Mixed experiences. This was the first wedding shop I visited. The first time I went in found the perfect dress and sold, I'll take it! Lovely lady was great and enthusiastic, but sadly had left by next visit. Next time I went in other lady was not great. Other times I went in had the owner serve me and she was also enthusiastic, which is what you want. My husband and the rest of the men went in for there suit fittings and there responses and experiences were also mixed. Good service overall, but some staff members let the service down from being great or amazing. Loved my dress and veil though. Thank you!

I would highly recommend this dress shop! There was a fantastic selection to try and I couldn't have been happier with the dress I purchased. This was the second dress shop I went to looking for a wedding dress. It was a busy Saturday afternoon but the staff were absolutely fantastic, in particular I have heaps of glowing praise to give for my assistant Louise who was fabulous. She did a brief introduction to each designer, gave me tags to pick dresses and then waited patiently whilst I tried each one on and showed my bridemaids. She was lovely, constructive and encouraging and I felt like a million dollars thanks to her fantastic service! The dress range is good and I would thoroughly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a wedding dress!

Yesterday I said yes to the dress! Both my sister's got theirs from Ozone so I knew it was worth a try ! I had a few ideas on what I wanted and Deborah was very patient with me! She listened to what I wanted and make great suggestions. Im very indecisive but she remained positive and was very complimentary and supportive . They offer various styles, at a range of different prices and will help you choose things within your price range. Deborah really took the time to help pick things that suited my style and shape.
