Lucy and the team at Future Brides were amazing at helping me find my dream dress 💕 Nothing was too much trouble and they ordered in extra dresses for me to try... one of which happened to be THE DRESS! They put me at ease despite all of the covid restrictions and were happy for me to have a few extra appointmens to show those that are important to me. In the run up to the wedding I was having health issues and they were accommodating and worked around my hospital appointments and were very understanding! ... The dress could not have been better 💛 Thank you Lucy and Tash

Futures brides were the most friendly and knowledgeable dress shop I visited. From my first visit Lucy and the team welcomed us warmly into the shop and let me try as many dresses as I wanted (I'm very indecisive!). They were very patient and helped me decide in my own time. We enjoyed each experience so much I can't wait to take my friends there to look for their wedding dresses!

Went to Future Brides today was served by the lovely Vicky. I was so anxious about going there and having to be in my pants and bra, however she made me feel so confident about myself and really comfortable. I tried on so many dresses but she never made me feel like it was a problem. I found my perfect dress and Vicky helped me to accessorise with the most beautiful veil.. really recommend any bride visiting Future Brides for their special dress !!

Where do I even start with the emotional, wonderful journey I’ve had with Lucy and the Future Brides Team..!! From the moment I walked into their shop, I knew finding my wedding dress would be a fun and exciting experience with Lucy and team by my side. They were all smiles, friendly and genuinely only had your happiness and best interest at heart. By the end of the appointment I’d tried on 14 dresses and was down to two - and it was closing time for the shop. Lucy, seeing how important this decision was, was beyond kind and let my mum, sister and I stay beyond closing to make that important decision. Eventually I chose one, and it felt like everybody on the team was as happy for me as my family were. Lucy and Tori kept me up to date with dress delivery and messaged me straight away when my dress was in - they even managed to find me an appointment that afternoon to let me try it on. It was an emotional day! Lucy and team kept my dress safely throughout the next year, and when I had moments of panic and worry, they were amazing at calming me down and letting me come and try on the dress again. I’m not sure how many other bridal shops are that kind and reassuring - but my goodness Future Brides were just the best. When it came to my dress fittings, 6 weeks before the big day, Tash was absolutely incredible at sorting everything out for me. She knew exactly what she was doing and put all my mind at rest. I feel like Tash became family as much as Lucy and team did!! Tash had to do all sorts of alterations to my dress, but you wouldn’t have been able to tell - it looked stunning. I also chose my bridesmaid dresses at Future Brides - we had so much fun choosing them and again, Tash’s alterations made them fit perfectly. We had initially chosen a different bridesmaid dress, but the supplier let us down. Lucy was so quick to sort out an alternative and kept me in the loop the whole time - I was super grateful. When it came to my mum picking up the dresses on the few days before the wedding (mum had also chosen her MOB dress and it looked amazing) they were packaged beautifully and everything was perfect. Lucy and I shed a tear as it had been a long journey! If you want a bridal store that is part of a big chain and doesn’t put the bride first, this ISNT your shop. However, if you are looking for a team that constantly goes above and beyond for their brides, creates a family like environment and genuinely has a team that are all incredibly kind, wonderful and amazing people, then THIS is your place. I can’t recommend Future Brides enough. Thank you for everything team - I will miss you!!

Lovely shop and friendly customer service. They really know their stuff and if you want the assurance any alterations will be done via the shop with their trusted seamstress. They had a lot of different looks and if your budget is smaller their sales rack has a great selection, i ended up buying at another shop however my experience was great at Future Brides.

Visited Future brides yesterday with my mum and we were met by Vicki. I was put at ease immediately, so friendly and relaxed Vicki explained the process and then left me to browse ! So much choice I didnt know where to start . Vicki was on hand to help every step in starting to select dresses to try. We visited Future Brides with my daughter on Sat 13th July. Firstly, I want to say, how welcoming all the staff were. So warm and friendly and put us both at ease instantly. My daughter had seen a dress by Romantica, which was a new addition to their range. On telephoning to book an appointment,I asked if the shop had the dress in store,. Unfortunately they didn’t ,but Lucy said she would approach Romantica to see if they would send out a loan item to her. We were over the moon to find out they could send the dress for our appointment, it cost us £30 but that was well worth paying. My daughter did try on a few other dresses in a similar style , but nothing came close to the Romantica dress. My daughter and I had fallen in love with it. So it’s a Yes to The Dress. Thank you so much to Lucy and the girls for making a once in a lifetime experience so easy and we had a lovely time, laughed loads. See you at the fitting X

I first met this amazing team at a wedding fayre and instantly knew where I wanted to get my dress! I wasn't an easy person to find a dress for as not only had I left it quite late the thought of trying on dresses filled me with dread! but the team instantly put me at ease, before I knew it I couldn’t stop trying on dresses and it didn’t take long until I found the one! Everyone was so kind and nothing was too much trouble. From not even having a vision of what I wanted to look like on my wedding day, with the support of everyone at future brides I ended up becoming a princess! I really do feel like I joined part of a family! Just want to say a massive thank you to you all and wish you all the best, Sasha x
