I have recently had my wedding (25/03/2022) and the experience I have with The Bridal Room from start to finish has been flawless. On my first appointment I showed them a dress I liked and they found dresses in a similar style as well as a few in a different style. After trying on a few dresses I found one which I felt amazing in and was comfortable. All follow up appointments were fantastic and all the ladies were welcoming and made me feel at ease. Nothing was too much hassle and they gave brilliant advice. When I arrived to collect my dress it had been steamed and looked amazing. I would highly recommend The Bridal Room to brides to be.

Visited The Bridal Room looking for prom dresses with my daughter. What a lovely experience. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Sue was brilliant, really made us both feel at ease. Didn’t feel rushed or pressured and had lots of great advice to help us chose the perfect dress. The choice of different dresses was really good too. Thank you so much for all your help. Definitely would recommend you to anyone I know.

Spent a long time looking for a dress with my mum and sister. Verenna was so helpful and calm during the session as I'm very indecisive and I took a while with a lot of trying on and even though I couldn't make up my mind very quickly vereena couldn't do enough to help me. I found my dress eventually it was the last one I tried on and I'm so impressed with the service I received.

Went to The Bridal Room today for 5 bridesmaids dresses. The service we received from Ann and Laurie was absolutely brilliant. They were very welcoming, helpful. patient, friendly and they made our day brilliant. We was a large group and even during these times they really helped us out. I can highly recommend The Bridal Room, I visited yesterday and found my dress! All of the staff I have spoken to have been really helpful. I sent an email regarding a couple of dresses I had seen on the website and Faye was excellent at replying to my questions. The dresses were ordered in for me to try on and when I went to the shop I spoke to Sue who was incredibly helpful and patient. I didn’t feel under any pressure to make a decision and had time to chat with my friend, a relaxed and positive experience.

Although I purchased my dress from another shop (due to this shop being far from my Mum and me wanting her to be involved as well as the shop not stocking the particular designer I eventually chose). I had such a positive experience with The Bridal Room. They were extremely friendly and accomodating, making a last minute change to my appointment time so my Mum could attend my appointment. They were very kind, welcoming and friendly in store and they made the experience of trying dresses on a special one. I have already recommended the store to a friend who lives locally. They have a beautiful selection if dresses and their customer service is amazing x

I had a really lovely experience finding my wedding dress at The Bridal Room. Due to covid restrictions they asked my preferences via email and pre-selected some dresses for me. When I arrived, Vereena greeted us and was so warm and friendly. She showed me the pre-selected dresses and we swapped some for others I preferred. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. Thank you so much Vereena and colleagues - we had so much fun and can’t wait to come back to see my dress in a few months!

I visited The Bridal Room yesterday and I had a fantastic (and emotional) experience. Sarah helped me throughout my appointment and she was so helpful. When I arrived I had no idea about what I was looking for. Despite liking lace it didn't look right on and we tried a pink & ivory dress instead, which wasn't really for me. Sarah suggested I tried a dress with just a touch of sparkle on and it was perfect for me! Once again, I can't thank the staff at The Bridal Room enough for making me feel like a princess!

A lovely store with fabulous staff. Never felt rushed or pressurised to buy, the staff understand the importance of the purchase and let me come back twice that day to try on the dresses. The shop is beautiful with loads of room to walk around, lots of mirrors and wasn't crowded. I couldn't recommend this shop enough,the dress selection was the best I saw by a long way.
