I cannot thank Kirsten enough for her help in making our wedding day the most special day of our lives. As an Events Manager myself I new I needed someone professional and super organised to help with all the set up and extra details on the day. I didn’t want to be worrying about anything on the day and I didn’t want my bridesmaids to have lots of jobs. As a perfectionist I needed someone reliable, organised and a keen eye for the attention to detail I wanted. Kirsten certainly put my mind at ease, on the day I just new everything was in hand and she wouldn’t let any detail go unchecked. This was so important to me. She helped beforehand source all our confetti and made all the cones which were gorgeous and our guests said how great this was. She was also able to provide lots of extra styling bits and bobs that we hadn’t thought of and would've been doing last minute, but Kirsten had it all in hand. She helped us run through every detail to ensure we had not missed anything. Such great help and I would not have trusted anyone else to work with on the most improving day of our lives. I cannot recommend Kirsten enough. She is more than just a stylist she was the person that helped me feel so relaxed on the day which was so important to me.

Our Wedding would not have been what it was without the amazingly talented ,super organised and extremely knowledge Kirsten. We felt we needed someone to bring all our ideas together and make them a reality and are so glad we found The Little Wedding helper ' Kirsten as this is exactly what she did. Kirsten understood exactly what we wanted from the first ever meeting & was able to suggest so many creative ways that we would never have thought of doing, to create the most beautiful setting, look and atmosphere. Kirsten leaves no stone un turned and will get you even thinking about the small details that you are likely to forget, with the sheer amount that needs to be organised. She had us thinking about the scent of the wedding through candles & made suggestions for what would would work well with the venue we had chosen. We wanted to weave our experience of travels and getting engaged in Cuba, with notes of my husbands Sicilian routes into the wedding. Kirsten really understood our vision, she had so many wonderful ideas, created mood boards so we could visualise it and really did bring the who theme together. She advised really great quality prop and linen hire companies, DJ /. Band options, Cake & flower suppliers, you name it she had a suggestion that we could explore to see if it would work for us. We are especially appreciative for the way in which Kirsten handled the dreaded pandemic, we were among the many who had to cancel and reschedule our wedding date. She was sensitive, handled it with the utmost professionalism and always had our best interest at heart despite this also being a very challenging time for her own business too. You just don’t forget the planning of your wedding, and who was part of the planning journey, we are sooo pleased it was Kirsten because she made the planning fun & enjoyable and then she sees to it that the months of planning and collaborating come together on the day, so you don't have to worry about a thing, and can completely relax and enjoy the day. She made us Shakespeare confetti cones with bright bio degradable flowers, they made for the most stunning confetti shot. She made us a beautiful edible flower drinks table, soft drinks dispenser display & our dinning hall for the wedding breakfast was breath taking. she styling two long banquets tables with linen, table place names, little wedding favours to perfection. Honestly the who venue looked amazing, everything we had discussed was in situ and there were additional touches that she had thought out which just brought the whole thing together. Our friends and family are still talking about how much they enjoyed the day & how beautiful everything looked. We both feel there's absolutely nothing we would have changed about our day, the look, feel & atmosphere is such a big part of it and we wouldn't have achieved this without Kirsten.Thank you for everything Kirsten. We got married in December 2021 at Brinsop Court in Hereford. I found Kirsten through Brinsop Court's instagram as she had styled a wedding here before. Once looking at her previous work I knew I needed Kirsten to style and give an extra pair of hands at our wedding! From our first meeting I knew I could trust and have full confidence in Kirsten. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she was always at the end of the phone. As well as a stylist she really is a MASSIVE wedding helper! Where do we begin......... Kirsten is incredible! From our first meeting we instantly felt relaxed, at ease, listened to and knew straight away we were in safe hands. She was perfect at bringing our vision and ideas together, with her creativity and experience in the industry. She brought so many amazing ideas, things we had never even thought of or considered. Umbrellas, sun stations, card table right as guests enter so they aren't carrying them! Kirsten was an absolute dream at my wedding back in April 2022 at Elmhay Park - I couldn't rate her any more if I tried. The thought of having to run around the venue on the morning of my wedding, trying to organise everything and everyone plus finding time to relax and get ready with my girls etc had me so worried throughout the initial wedding planning. I didn't trust our venues' own wedding co-ordinator to understand my vision and bring it to life (no fault of their own, just they have weddings every day). I was very particular from the very beginning about how I wanted our wedding to 'look' and feel - I just love the finer details at weddings and didn't want them to be sacrificed. THEN I found Kirsten on Instagram and as soon as we had an initial consultation I knew she was the answer... how right was I! We had several catch ups & Kirsten even set up a Pinterest board especially for us. She never let me run away with any silly ideas of mine, instead adapting them or suggested alternatives. All of the ideas were cost effective and worked so well. I never ever felt like I was being 'sold' any ideas etc as can sometimes be the case with anything wedding related. I probably actually saved money with her decor suggestions instead of sourcing other suppliers, although Kirsten has many goodies in her own decor stash that can be used too! Having postponed our 2021 date, COVID remained a constant threat throughout & I was constantly in a stressed out panic about all sorts. Once the big day finally arrived though, I had the most relaxed wedding morning. I didn't want to see the venue until I arrived for the ceremony and I was so blown away by it, it really set up for the most perfect day. The attention to detail was phenomenal, we had so many comments from guests about the styling - everything from Kirsten's cute handmade confetti cones to the table set ups. One thing I must also say - my groom never really understood Kirsten's role in the wedding throughout the planning process. Typical groom, he just didn't understand the concept of decor or styling. However, since the wedding, he has repeatedly said how brilliant Kirsten was on the day and how beautiful the wedding looked. Thank you Kirsten! x

Hands down, our wedding wouldn’t have been half as amazing as it was without Kirsten! From the very first email I sent Kirstens way (nearly 2 years before the wedding) she’s always been so helpful and so hands on and nothing has been too much. She’s an utter genius as styling and knowing what it is that each couple wants from the day. And often going outside of the box to think of styling ideas that haven’t been done before so each wedding is unique. Our theme was wildflowers and hot air balloons and Kirsten had the incredible idea of creating a Hot Air Balloon table plan from embroidery hoops. We put our heads together and came up with the most colourful and exciting day. Kirsten set out all of our DIY’s in the most thoughtful ways. She helped by making our Order of the Day out of Vintage plates for our Afternoon Tea theme, she brought along the most wonderful Badminton set that she had created, filled our confetti cones, maxes up our displays for drinks, confetti, welcome table and so much more. She stayed until after the ceremony to set up the wedding breakfast with candles, confetti, place names and seat decorations. How she achieved so much in such little time is beyond me. She’s the extra pair of hands that you need whilst you’re getting ready. The last thing you want to be worrying about whilst you’re having your hair and makeup done is “I need to be setting up the venue!” Kirsten also couldn’t have been more helpful when it came to us rearranging our wedding due to Covid and was prepared to make anything work. It’s been an absolute joy having Kirsten part of our day and not only that, I feel like I’ve made a friend for life. Thank you for making our day so complete and beautiful. You’re the best of the best 💫💫 One final thing that absolutely topped off Kirsten being the most down to earth and thoughtful person, was her capturing on video my Dad and I just before I walked down the aisle. Kirsten styled our wedding at Coombe Lodge last month. From our initial consultation, right through to the wedding day, Kirsten was a dream to work with. The venue looked beautiful on the day and was filled with very thoughtful and well styled touches. Originally we had another stylist booked however, due to unforseen circumstances, we had to find another stylist. Kirsten is not only a wedding helper.....she's a fairy god mother! We has the best experience ever working with Kirsten to create our dream day! We wanted our wedding to have a 'feel' and not just a look or style and Kirsten got this from the very first time we met! We wanted an autumnal, candle lit, 'glowy' wedding, but with a nod to Harry Potter and a few personal bits thrown in and Kirsten was detrimental in helping us achieve this. It felt like having a member of your family at your side to guide and advise and on the day of our wedding itself she waved her magic wand and transformed all of our discussions and ideas into reality... and then some. Kirsten was perfect for us as we didnt want a full on wedding organiser but someone who could guide us and take our ideas and make them perfect, taking the pressure off of us to do everything but still giving us the flexibility and ownership of what we wanted on the day. She met with us several times and even joined us on a shopping trip to ensure we chose wisely and in order to deliver the brief that we had all agreed together. She was always on the end of the phone or email and recommended the best suppliers to deliver key aspects for the day such as florists, printers and catering suppliers. She also liaised with our venue and made sure we got the best out of them and the space. Kirsten arrived early on the day of the wedding and was not just busy to ensure the venue looked fabulous but gave us such reassurance and comfort knowing that we could prepare ourselves well for the day ahead and not have to worry. She remained for the majority of the day to ensure each aspect of the wedding was set up and all of our ideas were carried through. Our guests have said it was a wonderful day and all the little touches (by Kirsten) made the day so special from the moment you walked in. Thank you Kirsten as you inspired us to make our ideas work and then added the next layer of brilliance to ensure it was a spectacular day. Kirsten went above and beyond on the day when it became aparent we had miss counted the amount of mini eggs needed and she drove to the nearest petrol station to buy the additional bags needed. Amazing!! We honestly cannot recommend kirsten enough, even though she has done so many weddings she makes you feel like yours is the most important. Our wedding would not have been the same if we didnt have Kirsten on board, she is a super lovely and super talented lady who will make your wedding day even more special.

Overall the planning process went smoothly and Kirsten was attentive and had good ideas and suggestions, but on the day I felt like there were some attention to details that were missing in the execution. Some of the decorations didn't seem to be as "on point" as I expected (and that had been the reason why I had booked Kirsten) and my dad had spent a lot of time collecting foliage to add to the decoration which hadn't been used even though it had been discussed. I wasn't so disappointed that it ruined my day but I wasn't blown away either hence the 3 star rating.

So along with moving house and having a Bambino, they say that your wedding day is without a doubt one of the most stressful days of your life - well that's wrong because its more like a stressful few months or even years of planning to make the day perfect, the actual big day is the icing on the cake (scuse' the pun). Originally when my now wife, Rachel, and I had chosen and visited the venue a couple of times we decided that the responsibility of setting up (arranging all decor, table-layouts, placement of cake etc) the morning of our wedding would be on us - with the help of a few family members and friends dragged in along the way. On our final visit to the venue to chat with vendors etc and whilst looking over the mood boards, endless notes and preparation, it dawned on us how monstrous this job would be...and then, out of the shadows there came a light, blinding, like when Gandalf the White returned back to Middle Earth following his victory over Balrog..and there stood Kirsten, The Little Wedding Helper (minus the long white beard, hair). She went on to tell us about how she could help set everything up for us, taking the pressure off us and make it all look perfect - and the rest is history. Kirsten is an accomplished and extremely talented wedding stylist with a special eye for those finer ideas and details - we met with her a couple of times leading up to the wedding and she couldn't have been easier or more awesome to work with. She's a wizard in her arena with over 10 years experience and letting her take the reigns was the best decision we made - On the morning, Rach got to sip champagne with her bridesmaids and mum and I got to sip whiskey with my best men, ushers and dad - stress free. Upon arrival, as expected, everything was flawless. 18.04.19 - The most perfect day of our lives, thank you Gandalf, ahem.. Kirsten - we'll always be so greatful.
