Thank you so so much for helping me find my dream dress! It was honestly perfect, everyone couldn’t believe how lucky I’d been to find such a beautiful dress. It honestly felt like it was made for me! The absolute BEST experience I could have asked for when choosing my wedding dress. You made the experience so lovely from start to finish and I couldn’t have asked for anything more! I had been really anxious about finding the right dress especially after all the lockdown food left me feeling super self conscious, but you made the experience so enjoyable! I had seen the Cameron dress by Made with Love online and was so happy when I found that they had her in their Portishead store. Nicola made me and my sister feel so welcome, and provided her honest opinion on each of the dresses I tried on. As I've tried on so many dresses in other stores, I needed all the opinions I could get! Nicola went above and beyond to ensure my mum could also be a part of the experience all the way from North Wales via video link. After trying on so many dresses in Cardiff, I finally found my dream dress with the help of Nicola. We were welcomed with a glass of bubbly in a warm and friendly environment. Thank you so much Nicola for helping me find my dream dress, and I can't wait to pick her up ahead of the special day.

I can’t rave about The White Collection enough. From the most beautiful Portishead store, fab communication, made to feel like the only person that matters in store, nothing is too much for them and super accommodating by hiring in and transferring a dress from another store for me. The best bridal experience. Better than any other dress stores I’ve been to and now I can’t wait to pick my dress up for my wedding next year. Thank you!

I bought my wedding dress from the white collection last year, i had the appointment with Helen and a dress arrival with Laura and Sarah who are all amazing! Everyone is so helpful and friendly with advice and ideas, without being at all assertive which goes a long way when trying to find the dress, and I was even gifted a bouquet when I picked my dress up! By far the best experience and service out of the other shops we had been to. Thank you so so much, I definitely recommend!

I had the best time at The White Collection. Laura was so knowledgeable about the dresses, and suggested/picked out alternatives for me to try. The whole experience was really special and I can’t wait to come back for my dress arrival!

Lovely place and the staff were so helpful and made the whole experience amazing. Only thing that I did find odd was that you could not take any photos at all when trying on the dresses- I would of preferred to be made aware of this before booking an appointment as had not come across this before.

Is this the best wedding dress shop? Yes, is the answer! A real treat from start to finish, the entire team are so warm and friendly, I felt extremely comfortable from the beginning. The team are very skilled and talented which made my experience of finding the one really easy and super fun. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Both the ladies at the Portishead store were lovely but Nicola assisted me in finding my perfect dress and I am over the moon impressed. Nothing was too much trouble for her, even after trying on a million different dresses and then re-trying them on again! The communication was exceptional, I had never been dress shopping before and I was so nervous and didn’t know what to expect but she put me at complete ease and the service was second to none. She suggested different dresses to I originally picked based on what I was saying as we were going through my choices and I ended up purchasing one that she suggested in the end and it was perfect! There was no pressure to purchase and I felt completely comfortable and at ease the whole experience. I am so glad I went to The White Collection and would recommend it to anyone and everyone. Had the most wonderful experience at this boutique. Both ladies were fabulous - they listened to everything I said I was looking for, they knew all their dresses inside out and gave brilliant advice. They were so patient, spent time carefully pinning and styling each dress, even after I tried on the same dress for the fourth time! They made me feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole appointment and best of all, helped me find my dress!

Nicola was simply amazing! She was so useful, picking out dresses for me and made the whole experience so relaxing and fun. The studio space is beautiful, with lots of space for you to walk around in all the dresses. From start to finish it was a delight and I now can't wait to return to try my dress on :)

I’ve been following TWC’s Instagram page for a while just for their displays and interiors but as soon as I got engaged, I already knew where to go. I found my reception dress at the Portishead boutique, and it’s such an amazing experience every time I visit. The shop front is charming and as soon as you walk in, you’re met with a beautiful selection of luxurious and contemporary dresses. The ladies there are very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome and comfortable straightaway. But it was really the small extra touches that make TWC special. It’s definitely worth visiting if you’re wanting the ‘bridal boutique experience’. You can also browse their dresses beforehand on pin the ones you like the look of, which is great for someone like me who spends too much time scrolling through shopping apps as a hobby. The ladies will point out the dresses when you’re there and make recommendations based on your selection without putting any pressure on you. You’ll leave wanting your wedding day to come sooner!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! These ladies are exceptional, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. The communication was unprecedented and I have had a few appointments at other stores. They will go above and beyond to try their best to get every dress you would like to try on, in store in your size (or a size you can try). I felt absolutely no pressure, which is a massive thing for me. They really care about their brides and finding the right dress for them. I felt so comfortable. The dresses are incredible which is obviously also important. Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience.

Looking for my wedding dress, this was the 8th shop I visited but came away really happy after one visit with a dress I can't wait to get married in! I never thought I'd be someone to buy a dress there and then! Emily and Sally were just amazing and the whole shop 'ethos' in general was by far the best bridal shopping experience I had during my search. Communication prior to my appointment was easy. The decor was beautiful and we were warmly welcomed when we arrived. The selection of dresses were stunning - plenty of options for brides looking for something modern yet still special. I really valued being left to browse the whole collection which hadn't happened in any of the other shops I visited. It felt much more like my choice of dresses to try on, rather than telling a stranger what you want and hoping they pick out what you described. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at any point, and both Emily and Sally were really skilled at making subtle suggestions or observations about dresses as I tried them on - without sounding opinionated or over familiar! I feel so confident that my dress is now I'm their hands and genuinely looking forward to going back for fittings with Abigail upstairs. Thanks so much x

After shopping at The White Collection Clevedon, which was a really nice shop and a lovely experience; the lovely ladies in store told me that I was definitely a Portishead Bride and that I needed to visit their store. Sadly, I had planned to visit the store the following day but had to cancel due to a funeral and I was only in Bristol for the day. Thanks to Emily at Portishead who went over & above to fit me in last minute on the same day and helped me find my special dress! She was absolutely lovely, really put me at ease and made the whole experience amazing! Thank you to both Clevedon & Portishead for taking care of me!

If i could give more stars, i would. Diane was wonderful, I went in pretty open minded. She listened to everything I said and was pulling dresses for me as we made our way through what I did and didn't like. I said yes to the dress and I am truly over the moon. Would reccomend this boutique to anyone and everyone. Edit; my dress arrived this week and I tried her on yesterday. I cannot express the professionalism and friendly-ness of the team at TWC. I felt so comfortable like I was seeing old friends! I left with the most beautiful bunch of flowers! Cannot reccomend TWC enough.
