We had the most amazing experience with Rentamascot, really easy process. The costumes were excellent and the kids loved it. Would definitely use again and already had comments from friends that they want the details. Final note the costumes were really really clean, unlike some companies I viewed the cleaning procedures are what drew me in :)

I recently hired a costume for my daughters 5th birthday party and the whole process was really easy. It was definitely the best part of the party, the children loved it! The costume was really good quality and the staff were really helpful (I made an error with the booking and I was able to sort it right in time for the party). Having missed out on a 1st birthday party due to the national lockdown, I wanted something special and unique for my daughter’s 2nd birthday. We hired an Iggle piggle mascot for an In The Night Garden themed party and it was just perfect (although the adults seemed to enjoy it more than the children :-) ) The whole process was easy and stress free from placing the costume order to having the courier collect it the following day. They kept me well informed and were on hand to answer any queries. I HIGHLY recommend Rentamascot and am looking forward to using them for future parties!

Ordered Iggle Piggle costume for my Granddaughters 1st birthday party. Was delivered when they said it would be. Great costume as you can see,and was collected when they said it would be ! What is there not to like. As I live 125 miles from them I was well impressed. Shame all businesses are not run as well as this one

Actually really impressed. I didn't have very high expectations to be honest, but the 3 costumes we hired for our event came well before they were needed. They were all in pretty good condition considering they get hired out. Good communication from them when I had some questions about the pick up. Courier was good so I have given 5 stars as nothing went wrong and I got my money back after no problem. I would use them again.

Hi I used this company for my daughter birthday. Rent a mascot helped me every step as I was a bit worried about about Internet fraud. But they reasured me everything will be fine and on time as they ask when you need then, send it out to make sure it's there a couple of days before. They also called me just to help with payment online and any other questions. All in all I was very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend these to anyone planning parties or events. Our company rented the Mario and Luigi mascots for a couple of local events popular with kids. We did leave the order rather last-minute, but RentAMascot were able to send them out quickly at a cheap price, with a discount on ordering both of the Mario Brothers. After the weekend came to an end, we decided to keep them for an extra week for a third event, which they allowed us to at again cheap prices. Mascots were in good condition and served us well during the two weeks we had them. Would definitely recommend and will use these guys again in the future.

We had the most amazing time with Marshall. The children were warm and welcoming! Amazing quality mascot and super helpful owner. We lost our party games bag full of props and sweets, Marshall saved the day! Highly recommend, after a very happy birthday girl had the best day ever! Marshall even showed up at home to play pass the parcel. By hiring the actual costume you can have much more fun and flexibility. Amazing!
