K. L.From start to finish Amanda at Binky BOUNCE was great. We booked the Frozen bouncy castle and it was even better than the picture. Amanda communicated throughout and sent regular updates before the event. Easy booking and payment process with all relevant policies and safety processes followed. Klaudia was really helpful on the day, arriving promptly and setting up in no time at all. Prompt service to collect and clear away too from Amanda and tram. Great selection of castles and software and very flexible options. Would highly recommend for all your party needs.
C. P.We had a booking with Binky Bounce for my daughter’s 2nd birthday party yesterday, and the girls were absolutely fantastic. The venue had a slight miscommunication which was nothing to do with BB, but it meant they had to reposition the set up to where it was originally going to go and they were incredible about it. They were amazing, so friendly, so fast in setting up & packing away too! The children who varied from 8months to 7 years absolutely loved the bouncy castle and soft play, and the older children were obsessed with the swivel cars - so they were well worth the extra! Thank you once again BB for your great service :)
