We got married here a few months a go and it was the best day ever! Location is beautiful and secluded. Mat gave us the freedom to have our day our way and we couldn't ask for more. Thank you Mat and Joe

Just in from a really enjoyable days fishing. Fished Goldsland, caught in excess of 25 mixed silvers and 2 decent carp, 1 of which gave up a good fight for some 10mins. Venue was quiet, just me for the first 2 hrs. Extremely clean and well kept. Some weed in the shallows, but found a spot that as clear without too much looking!

First time fishing here and it was great. Was there with the kids so just fishing the silvers, pulled out a fair few which kept the kids happy and interested.

Fantastic wedding venue. You have from the Wednesday to set up and til Monday to clear. Matt was very helpful and made usefull suggestions. The lodge was perfect for the ceremony and we were able to decorate as we wanted and after the ceremony turned it Into a quiet room/children's play area. We had Spiro's do the catering and they were equally fantastic. We decorated the marquee the way we wanted and Joe (Mr Chilled) was always on hand with advice and support. We also decorated the garden with various things and everything looked amazing. There was a large band performing and they came Saturday morning to set up, so were more or less able to go straight on when they arrived in the evening. All in all an absolutely perfect venue for a wedding, beautiful surroundings and a stunning marquee. Thank you Matt and Joe for all your help. Sue Cashmore

The is simply an excellent venue for booking a summer wedding or civil ceremony. The marquee itself is of the highest standard, situated on a picturesque lake in the middle of the countryside, but only 10 minutes from the M4. You really couldn't ask for more! The venue features a well stocked bar and has Peroni, which is the most important beer. Would definitely recommend to anybody who wants a countryside wedding without long haul trip.
