Great fun, clear instructions and easy to use. Clean equipment. Good friendly customer service - we had a problem with the motor but the team were with us and had changed the motor within an hour. Tub delivered on a Monday but be aware it takes a while to heat up - a degree an hour so basically overnight. Hired for daughter’s birthday party but whole family enjoyed using it. You pay a deposit refundable after collection - this was refunded promptly to my account within 10 mins of me sending my bank details.

Excellent service! 2nd time we have hired from party time hot tubs and cannot recommend enough! Prompt, polite and excellent communication right up to an hours notice on delivery and collection and a great size tub! We’ll be back!

Hired for a week over Christmas. The package come with a gazebo and LED lights. Was great fun - everyone loved it. There are some instructions to follow which were easy to understand. It will need to be placed within reach of a hose pipe. I topped up the spa with water most nights before going to bed and added the supplied chlorine after use. The spa was reliable and hot throughout. I wasn't sure what to expect and whether it would keep the heat with it being winter months but the spa kept a constant temperature. 42 degrees was a bit too hot at times, had to turn it down to 40! Really great service and would recommend.

Our second time hiring from the ladies at Party time. Brilliant both times- excellent communications , great set up, lovely ladies. Absolutely no negatives at all- everything taken care of and they are very responsive to messages and calls for help from us absolute hot tub novices . Definitely give them a try . Prompt delivery & set up, hot tub was in good condition and clean. Easy to use and collection just as efficient. What I really liked was my deposit was refunded and in my account the same day as collection, none of this 5-7 working days nonsense. Highly recommend party time hot tubs!! I had originally booked with someone else and at 6 am the morning it was due to arrive I had a text saying they couldn’t come it was booked for my daughters 16th birthday, I was devastated so looked around and came across this company and called them at 7:30 in the morning on the off chance they could help, and they could within an hour I had confirmation, they arrived by 12pm 2 lovely ladies set it up and left me a number incase anything happened, unfortunately on the Saturday evening an error came up it was late so I text thinking they would get it in the morning so I was surprised I got a response within seconds and came within half hour to change the pump, and she was so lovely about it, I cannot thank them enough they literally saved my daughters birthday. I’ve recommended them to everyone!!!! Thank you so much I really appreciate all you did!!!!

Every aspect of this hire was brilliant. The communications was swift and efficient. The friendly staff delivered the hot tub on time and set it all up for us. The tub Itself was clean and all the kit was professional and well kept. Pickup was equally efficient. I would highly recommend if you fancy an exciting dip.

Amazing customer service! I hired the hot tub for my birthday weekend. I had an event planned for the Saturday. The ladies delivered the hot tub, put it all up and the gazebo, hassle free for me! On the Friday evening there was an error message appearing on the motor, I text and within half an hour the lady was at my house with a new motor… despite it being 8.30pm on a Friday. This meant my event went ahead as planned with no hiccups. The service is so responsive and the staff go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I will definitely be booking again!

After a lot of research I decided to go ahead and book with these guys and I definitely made the right choice! The 2 ladies that came to set our hot tub up were so professional. Very patient ( with my million questions) really good at explaining the set up and super friendly. The hot tub was really nice. Looked like new. Spotlessly clean and all set up beautifully with fairy lights. My daughter was so happy with her surprise hot tub party! We enjoyed it so much that I’ve booked them again for next week!

Hired a hot tub for the Champions League final weekend and we were not disappointed. This company is professional, reliable and a pleasure to deal with. The hot tub and gazebo were amazing value and so we have already booked again for July. Delivery and collection were effortless and the company confimed times the day before. What a fabulous company, I didn’t have to do or think of anything they had it all. From the moment I called them they knew exactly what I wanted. The jacuzzi was amazing and really top quality plus there was even a gazebo option so that we could sit and see comfortably under shade in the hot sun. Myself, my son and his friends had a fabulous time celebrating his eighteenth birthday. Thoroughly recommended!
