I have been using this shop for many years for all my balloon decor! How anyone can say the lady’s in the shop are rude I just don’t understand! Debbie and her team are always extremely helpful and polite and always go the extra mile to help me with my balloon decorations. No they dont blow up or fill up balloons from another retailer which I think is perfectly justified. Thank you Debbie and all your team members for offering such a great service

Absolutely brilliant service !! I wanted helium balloons in a hurry for a 50th birthday and didn't even know this shop existed before. Really friendly, helpful, staff who took the time to explain the different options and prices. Although I ordered over the phone without seeing the balloons they turned out exactly how I imagined ! They look really expensive and are still floating a week later. VERY happy customer and can not recommend highly enough. Will be using again...Thank you !! X

They were absolutely brilliant! I forgot to bring my nieces birthday balloon to her party, feeling awful I phoned them up to get another one made asap. It was ready for me to collect within 10 minutes and it was decorated with ribbon beautifully. Although they did not have a shimmer and shine balloon available the staff were very helpful over the phone informing me on what balloons they had in Stock. Overall, very impressed!

Absolutely brilliant! Ordered balloons for my dad's 70th birthday party. The roads were closed in the area they needed to be delivered too, but although it took over an hour and a half they still got to us and in plenty of time before the party started. The balloons were of high quality and beautifully arranged. Would highly recommend Heart to Heart balloons. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Absolutely fantastic service, provided balloons for a funeral , extremely helpful, set up all the displays at the wake and even stood and waited for us with 100 balloons to be released at the grave side, I have used them for my nephews birthday and my dads 60th, always ready on time and loads Of choice. I will continue to use this shop in the future and the lady always remembers me which makes it more personal.

Brilliant service. When our balloon didn’t arrive to the store in time, they delivered it free of charge later that day along with a few extra balloons as an apology. Definitely recommend!

I bought a unicorn balloon with all balloons around the bottom on the 19th of June its now the 12th of August and the balloon is still very much still up amazing quality to still be up for this long, and the two ladies in the shop were lovely and so helpful I highly recommend this shop.

I have given this place a lower score because I have only been on the shop one's But if you need to buy for a berthday wedding or a party I should give this shop a look as they have a lot of stock. The shop is in a small presink on shrub end est Colchester.
