I had an amazing experience at serenity. Lyndsey and Josie were fantastic! I was nervous and they both made me feel so at ease and confident. Absolutely loved the day and I said yes to the dress! The range of dresses were just stunning and varied! Brilliant day, amazing experience and cannot wait to try the dress on again!! Xx

I purposefully travelled from Kent to Colchester to visit this shop to buy my wedding dress. I was delighted they had the dress I'd seen online in a size I could try on which was really helpful and I was able to make an informed decision. Lovely shop with very helpful ladies with excellent customer service. You could tell they were experienced in the field of wedding dresses and the whole experience was not only pleasant but enjoyable as it should be. I felt unrushed and listened to, which was so important as I wanted a dress suitable for both my age and my venue in Devon and the whole process was so clearly explained, I came away reassured that everything was in-hand and I could tick "wedding dress" off my to-do-list. Highly recommend xx

My consultant josie was fantastic not only with me but my 8 year old, my mum and my friend. She really knew everything there is to know and helped in every way possible. Not at any point did I feel pressured into liking or buying anything but I did ending buying the 1st dress I tried on!!! All the other staff were so friendly and we weren't rushed at all. Thank you for making it a lovely experience!!!

This was the first bridal salon I chose! I drove over an hour and a half to attend my appointment and I most certainly wasnt disappointed! Lyndsey was absolutely fantastic! She made me feel safe, heard and very comfortable. She helped me put into dresses what it was I wanted! I thought I knew the style of dress I wanted for my special day however because it was my first time she advised me to be open minded and to try on many different styles. Which I did... now I think I have found my dress nothing like what I had imagined it would be! Absolutely stunning all the same! Couldnt recommend the showroom enough! Great size range! After visiting two other stores and leaving somewhat deflated at not finding anything close to what I was looking for I was excited, yet apprehensive to visit Serenity Brides. I had looked online at numerous dresses and fallen in love with one particular dress, along with another my daughter had chosen from Sophia Tolli’s range. On arrival the nerves kicked in, and I was immediately put at ease by Aimee. She helped me find the dresses which we were looking for (which we had in fact tagged without realising). She was amazing, made me feel comfortable with the dressing stages, how the dresses would look and even helped out with the babysitting of my 12 month old terror “Ollie”. Honestly, the service was outstanding and her professional honest advice along with the brutal comments of my daughters meant I found my dream dress!!! Of course, this was not the one I had picked but my daughters favourite and is absolutely perfect!!! Never gonna live that one down though… Thank you so very much Aimee for all your patience and understanding through my wobbles. You are a true credit to the company. I can’t wait to come back again to find my accessories and for dress alterations in time. xxx

I had a great experience at Serenity. Having seen a dress on their website during lockdown and fallen in love with it, I was keen to try it on as soon as they opened. So on day 1 of their re-opening I tried on my dress to find it was ‘the one!’ Lyndsey was really helpful and found it for me quickly, and I selected another 3 to try to compare. She wasn’t at all pushy, and was very efficient at helping me in and out of dresses quickly whilst maintaining appropriate Covid precautions. She also picked out another dress for me to try that she thought might suit me which it did, but I went for the dress I’d been dreaming of and can’t wait to go in next year for my alterations to prepare for my big day in August. Would recommend this place 😃
