I cannot thank beau belles enough, from my first appointment Kim couldn't do enough I tried on several dresses and Kim just knew what my style was I found my dress after the 3rd one and tried on several more after just to make sure. Myself and my maid of honour was made to feel very relaxed and we had so much fun with the curtain reveal, I ordered my dress and needed to have alterations, Kim agreed to put some extra lace down the side free of charge as it was very revealing, when I went for my last fitting everything was perfect and the lace matched the dress so well you would think it was part of the dress, all the staff in the shop were so friendly and welcoming that made my experience nothing short of perfect. thankyou for an amazing service xx

I loved choosing my wedding dress from Beau Belles so much. From selecting my dress to having the final alterations, the whole experience was amazing. I can't thank the Beau Belles team enough! The team are so professional, warm, and kind; it really shone through how much they care about looking after brides on their journey to finding a perfect dress. What a wonderful morning I had. I entered nervous and uncertain and left 2 hours later confident and so happy. The team at the shop were experts in supporting my journey. Sending them my ideas and thoughts beforehand meant they were prepared for me and had already got several dresses in mind. They respected my budget and I was delighted to be presented with some very reasonably priced dresses. The dresses were all wonderful and I had every confidence in Susan and Sam as they advised about fittings and accessories and how dresses could be adapted. I have no reservations in recommending Beau Belles. I really didn't think I would be buying a dress on that morning but I did say yes to the dress!!! EDIT: So I have now been for my dress fitting and once again had an absolutely wonderful time. I had changed my mind on the dress I had originally chosen and am delighted with my choice. I was given time to enjoy flouncing around in my dress and trying on jewelry. We even decided on a cheeky little addition of a hook which would enable me to dance more easily at the wedding. This has taken the dress to a whole new level. I have really enjoyed my Beau Belles experience and would highly recommend it to anyone planning their big day.

Been into this shop today feeling very nervous about trying dresses on for my 50th.. I’m not the smallest framed person and have a lot of issues about my body.. I really didn’t need to worry.. i was met by 2 lovely ladies Kim and a lady with glasses and long brown hair.. they took their time letting me try on quite a few different styles.. not expecting to find anything.. i was actually very surprised when i found the dress of my dreams.. however it didn’t fit.. feeling very disappointed n deflated i got dressed.. then Kim told me to put he dress back on so she could make some alterations.. she showed me what she could do with the dress to make it how i wanted n still look amazing.. so now I’m so excited about weary my dress up n feeling like a princess.. thank you so so much ladies for making me feel good about myself for the first time in a long time.. All the ladies in here are lovely, but the lady who helped me, her name was Lisa, she was so lovely, honest, down to earth, she was so patient & helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her at all. She was sooooo helpful, I would highly recommend here for your wedding dress shopping, they have all accessories for you to buy, try etc. They have 'play shoes' you can try on with your dress to give you an idea on heel height etc. They have a huge variety of styles, sizes & price ranges ...no matter what your budget. They fave in house ladies who alter, tweak & ckearly are experts in their field & know what theyre doing especiallyto make your dress look like it was especiallymade for you! I had been to 3 bridal shops in 2 days, tried on 26 dresses, (almost the film!!! 27 dresses!)& got my dream dress here & my experience was fabulous here. Thank you Lisa O!!! 😊💓

I cannot Thank Beau Belles enough for my stunning dress and experience. I went to a few bridal shop and felt most comfortable and relaxed at Beau Belles. They were very attentive, creative, friendly and they have such a vast collection of dresses to choose from. Susan was great helping me choose and making me feel at ease with her professionalism. I had many fittings at the shop with the seamstress upstairs prior to the wedding and her needlework is incredible! You know you are in good hands with all the professionals in here. Beau Belles - What a wonderful place! Kim and Susan were warm and welcoming from the second we walked in the door and they had so many stunning dresses to choose from. The team helped me to find my dream dress and made our experience so special. I was reassured to know that they do all of the alterations in house and Kim, who is an incredibly talented seamstress, made my dress even more perfect and unique - I fell in love with it all over again when going for my final fitting. Both my mum and I were blown away by the quality of my dress and the excellent price (they ensured I stayed well within my budget). Their online ‘wish list’ was also really helpful as I had the chance to pick a few dresses in preparation for the appointment and give them an idea of what I was looking for before I arrived in store. My sister the bride looked beautiful in her amazing dress as did all of the bridesmaids, only criticism I would have is she paid a lot of money for the shop to do alterations on the dresses only for my wife to spend quite sometime having to repair the alterations as they broke away. Let me be clear BEAUTIFUL DRESSES but expensive and poor alterations, would recommend shopping around if you require adjustments.

Had the most amazing experience saying yes to the dress at beau belles. I visited Beau Belles today in a group of 4 for my sister, the Bride, to have her dress fitted. I was really impressed with the cleanliness and organisation of Beau Belles. We felt very comfortable in the shop (which says a lot given the current coronavirus circumstances!). It was easy to social distance inside, and there was a sanitising station by the front door. Thank you Beau Belles!! I bought my wedding dress from Beau Belles - from the first appointment through to my final try on, everything was professional, super friendly and the whole experience was everything I wanted for buying my wedding dress. There was a brilliant choice of dresses for every size and style, I tried on 10 different dresses in sizes 22/24. I had two fittings, a final try on and a try-on in between, nothing was too much trouble. If I could give higher than 5 stars for Beau Belles then I would. The service I received was absolutely outstanding, I found them on google, and phoned them up on such short notice requiring a wedding dress as the one I planned on fell through. When we arrived at the store the staff couldn't have been more helpful, we pulled about 10 dresses to try on, but didn't need too, as I fell in love with the second dress! This was a miracle as I wasn't wanting a standard white wedding dress, but a purple one that would accommodate me and my growing baby bump. They took all of this into consideration and somehow pulled off nothing short of a miracle by finding me the perfect dress! From appointment number 1 I received superb service, with a genuine will to help, with nothing being to much for them! Today I finally picked up my dress and no surprises it fit perfectly, and they even showed my mother in law how to properly do up my dress. The prices seemed to be exceptional value for money for the quality of dress you are getting, and when you factor in the customer service, with the spacious fitting rooms, and excellent variety it is a very pleasurable experience and I am so glad I chose Beau Belles! Beau Belle, was one of the first prom dress shops I went too, and all I have to say is that the second I entered the shop I knew I would find my perfect dress. They have a massive collection of short and long prom dresses and wedding dresses , in a wide variety of colours and sizes. When i found the dresses to try on , the staff were very helpful and honesty told me which dresses looked nice and which didn't. All the dresses they stock are of very high quality and are at very affordable prices. I would recommend this shop to anyone who was looking for the perfect dress for any occasion, and simply say that you need to look no further than Beau Belle. Everyone that saw my dress on prom night said i looked amazing. I can never thank the manager Kim, Nicole and her team enough for everything they have done.

Our experience at Beau Belles for my daughter's wedding (June 9th 2017) was wonderful. Such helpful staff who played it exactly right about when to advise and when to leave us to decide what we wanted. Particular praise for the amazing alterations completed on the dress that were done without fuss and turned the beautiful wedding gown into the most superb almost couture fit. At times, we had to take the children with us, and that can cause issues at some bridal shops - not here - they were welcomed and included brilliantly. Truly excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

After trawling in excess of 20 bridal shops I finally found "the dress" at Beau Belles. It is a bit of a treasure trove. At first I wasn't sure I was going to find what I was after but Jasmine listened, understood and then produced the most stunning and unique Art Couture dress to try on. It was the first time I didn't want to take a dress off. I'm only 5ft tall and petite yet Jasmine pinned the dress perfectly to my frame to give me a very accurate idea of how the dress would look. Of course a bridal look is more than just a dress and Jasmine took time finding a beautiful art deco side-comb and birdcage veil to complete the look. My only reservation was whether the dress could be made in a shortened version. Owner Kim put my mind at ease, took accurate measurements and when the dress arrived it needed virtually no alterations. We were given so much time and attention at every appointment. Learning to bustle the dress, making minor adjustments - even practicing the "first dance" in the changing room! Nothing was too much trouble - even a slight issue with the supplier providing the veil was quickly rectified. It was an extremely personable, trustworthy service but moreover I felt "styled" with the look I wanted - not just sold a dress. And people really did say "Ooh I've never seen a wedding dress like it" - in a good way! Thank you.You made my amazing day even better.

Absolutely brilliant. Friendly, supportive and practical. I had no real idea what I wanted but we had great fun trying loads of options, and their experience in suggesting something I'd never have picked off the rail meant I found a dress I was absolutely thrilled with. This is going to be a strange review – but I have to give this shop 5* even though I did not purchase my wedding dress from them. I went to lots of different bridal shops and the service here was wonderful. Unlike at many shops where you are just expected “to know” what sort of dress you would like, here it is a much more collaborative process. To start off with you look at a wall of pictures of dresses (rather than them just hanging up limply from a rail) and you tell your consultant what you like and don’t like… then you build an idea of what dresses may work for you from there. You are encouraged to criticise the dresses so that your consultant can really build a picture of what you like and what style suits you. There was no pressure, no pushy sales tactics and no “upselling”. The service from Susan in particular was outstanding – she listened to my criteria and concerns and was very patient throughout the process. She was very friendly, understanding, and crucially, she knew the stock inside out and backwards. They also have a very good selection of shoes, accessories and bridesmaid’s dresses. Whilst I didn’t find “The One” at Beau Belles (so I can’t comment on delivery and alterations etc.), I would highly recommend a visit to any bride – especially one who is still trying to narrow down which style will suit her best.

Thanks to everyone for the fantastic service, especially Sam. I wanted my dress completely altering the underskirt to be removed and refitted in a different colour etc., and nothing was too much trouble. I have had some trouble deciding on my dress as I am a very indecisive person. I eventually ordered my dress and then 2 days later I was panicking "oh no what if its not the right one" I rang Kim (owner of Beau Belles) and explained my situation and Kim reassured me that this is normal and for me to go in again to try some more dresses on as I have 7 days to change my mind as my dress had been ordered. I went in the next evening tried some more dresses and liked parts of another dress but loved how mine fitted, Kim & Tracey solved this for me by deciding to take some parts the other dress and adding it to my chosen dress, which Kim & Tracey as designers will do for me. I am now 100% happy and cannot wait to see my dress when it is completed :) all thanks to Kim and Tracey there patience with me was amazing to say the least and it was not to much trouble for them they seem to put there selves in your shoes and never make you feel your annoying them or taking to much of there time.
