I honestly had the best experience at The Wedding House. I had a really personable experience and loved the fact we had our own private area with a welcome sign with my name on. The dresses are gorgeous and they have a really nice selection of extras too. All the girls were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they even stayed open late so I could come back with my Mum to show her the dress of my dreams. Thank you so much ladies, I can't wait to come back soon.

You need to visit The Wedding House! I went to so many wedding dress shops and nothing compared to The Wedding House. The girls are so lovely and friendly and really listen to what it is your looking for. They also aren't afraid to get you in a dress of different styles to make sure you know what you are looking for. I ended up getting my dress from The Wedding House and they were so good with their communication on letting me know info about the dress and when it might be ready and when it was time to collect etc. They also didn't stop caring once I had brought the dress, I got a lovely voice note the day before our wedding wishing me the best day, and then a lovely email after the wedding too. From my initial enquiry the ladies at The Wedding House couldn't do enough. I primarily dealt with Chloe who was amazing throughout (even allowing me to sneak in some bubbly as it was my mums birthday on the day of the visit). This was only my second visit to a wedding dress shop so I wasn't really expecting to find the one however.....I did! The choice of dresses available was fantastic different styles, materials and colours. I look forward to returning once my dress arrives, thank you ladies for making it so personal and helping me say YES to the dress. p.s. the building the shop is within is stunning and amazingly decorated.

The Wedding House was the first wedding dress shop I visited and it was really overwhelming - I had no idea where to begin; there were so many gorgeous and unique dresses. Shelley was amazing with providing advise, bringing in styles that she thought would suit my body shape, adding her own flare to make it my own dress. My sister unfortunately could not make the visit but that did not stop the members of staff helping to get my sister involved (thanks Gemma). I found these lovely ladies through a local business who recommended them and I tell you what… I’ve had the most amazing experience… EVER. right from booking my appointment to even now (where I am waiting to collect my dress in January’22) . I am so hyped up about the Wedding House. Gemma and Shelley look after their Instagram page which I have been stalking for a few months now and they are well on trend and they definitelt make you giggle! On the day of my appointment we were greeted with coffee and teas before choosing the first lot of dresses and the girls would happily take them upstairs for you. The whole place is really well decorated as you can see in my photo! So be prepared to be Woo’d. There is simply nothing wrong with the Wedding House, it is all prayers and glory from me. If you want personal service… you got it. If you want to feel beautiful… you got it. If you feel like you have picked up new besties… you got it. And most importantly… if you want your dream dress.. they got it! My family and I just felt so comfortable in the girls presence. It’s a shame I’ll only get to go their once but honestly girls, get yourselves book into the Wedding House for beautiful dresses and exceptional customer service. Shelley was beyond amazing! I lack self confidence but she was so lovely and kind throughout. Listening to everything I said about each dress knowing which dress to find next for me to try. I found a dress that I had no "buts" for and made both my Mum and myself cry. Shelley helped me say yes to the dress and she made it into such a lovely experience that I will never forget. The building is absolutely beautiful, the range of dresses are stunning and it feels like a proper experience. I have found my dream dress and I honestly could not recommend this place more for such a supportive environment to find your dress in.

Amazing day spent at the wedding house, not only walking out with the perfect dress for my wedding but had such a funny experience doing so. Felicity dealt with me and she was absolutely lovely, after having a baby and therefore dreading the whole experience, I felt so comfortable and loved the whole way the shop was laid out.You get your own secluded corner and little stage to stand on with curtains to be drawn back to reveal you in your dress. They fit it to you so you can get the best feel out of a dress. The sample sizes were a great range aswell and realistic sizes for you to try. I would highly recommend going and having a day as you’ll be surprised at what the girls find for you that will make you feel incredible and more excited about your big day!

I honestly could not recommend The Wedding House Boutique enough and have told all of my friends and family that when it comes to getting their dresses in the future that they MUST visit! As a very indecisive bride to be who hadn't had the best experiences at other boutiques I was worried that I would never find the right dress for me, which started to take the fun out of trying on dresses! Before visiting the boutique, I had been messaging Gemma back and forth about certain dresses, specific trunk shows and a couple of changes to appointment dates and times, to which she was so accommodating and lovely. By the time I went to my appointment we both felt like we knew each other! The dresses that they have in stock are miles above any dresses that I tried on at other boutiques, they are all absolutely stunning and just cannot be compared. All of the girls are so lovely and made me feel so comfortable at my appointments and because of them I thoroughly enjoyed trying on all of the wedding dresses. I'm so so glad I said yes to the dress at The Wedding House Boutique and will forever have lovely memories of my experience there.

I dropped in very last minute at the wedding house and managed to sneak an appointment where me and my family were looked after so well. I wasn't sure at all what wedding dress would suit me so I was able to try on as really great selection. We found THE ONE and the process was easy from start to finish. Such a lovely Bridal shop! This was the first shop that I visited and was welcomed by the lovely team. I tried on a few dresses but fell in love with one in particular. As it was the first shop I felt I should shop around to make sure I make the right decision as it is such a big decision. The Wedding House were amazing! I wasn't sure I was going to find my dress there but they really listened to my comments and my bridal party's comments and ended up showing me a dress that I had initially disregarded but ended up being The One. They clearly know their stuff, as they knew me better than I knew myself! The girls were so attentive and patient and played with so many different styles whilst I tried on different overskirts and veils etc. I felt so relaxed but also really special, throughout the experience. Their enthusiasm and love for their work really showed and rubbed off on all of us. I ended up falling in love with a dress that was over my original budget (SO worth it) but the girls offered different payment options and pulled a few strings. I was working with Shelley on the day, who made me feel amazing (and it turns out she helped my sister in law choose her dress at a different boutique back in 2014, though we didn't make the connection originally!). So I can recommend Shelley from 2 experiences, not just one... I would highly recommend The Wedding House. I'm gutted I can't do it all again! The Wedding house is amazing!! Not only is it stunning inside but they have an amazing range of dresses and the staff are fantastic and make your day truly memorable. On arrival me and my bride squad were met by Gemma who talked us through everything and put me at ease. They had a huge selection of drinks for everyone and then you were given the freedom to look through all the dresses and choose some you wanted to try on. I ended up liking two which were on mannequins on display and they took these off for me without hesitation. We were then taken to a stunning huge changing area and met by Shelley who helped with trying all the dresses on, gave advice and also provided a few extra dresses to try on to try to test what I thought I wanted and give a few extra ideas. Nothing was too much trouble and Shelley made me feel really comfortable (I’d only had a baby 3 months ago so wasn’t feeling great about my body!). I did say a massive YES to the dress, and they popped a bottle of Prosecco and gave us huge glasses and left us to enjoy the moment and the dress! There was no pressure on me at any point to make any decision and it was a lovely relaxing and fun experience so I’d 100% recommend anyone go to the lovely ladies at the wedding house. We even had a photo at the end in front of a beautiful backdrop with a bride hat that they have 😊 I’m going back to get my bridesmaids dresses from there too and I can’t wait to return, especially to see my dress again!

I visited here on Tuesday this week to find my dress. It was the first and last place I went. The lady (Chloe) couldn't do enough for me, and there was another lady who also helped later on in the appointment. We arrived 20 minutes early but Chloe welcomed us in and offered us all a drink. She then asked what I was interested in and we went from there. I fell in love with a Martina Liana ball gown, I had to say YES. My first impression of the place was warm, welcoming and extremely professional. When I said YES the second lady threw a hoop skirt in for free! I ended up cancelling my other appointment I had. I would highly recommend going here to find your dream dress, they also have a huge selection of bridesmaids and flower girl dresses too. I cannot wait to visit here again in around 6 months when my dress is ready. A*****

The wedding house staff were lovely, enthusiastic and listened to what I wanted without judgement. I loved the area where you tried on the dresses as it was big enough for you to change and walk around in the dresses as well as showcase them to your friends and family. We had the best experience with gem at the wedding house! I was looking for bridesmaids dresses for weeks and weeks from the first inquiry gem was so lovely so & helpful! After trying on dresses in a few different shops with mixed experiences, I thought I’d never find my dream dress. I thought I’d never get that ‘feeling’ of putting on the ‘One’, until I visited the Wedding House. In other places, the tonnes of dresses of completely different shapes, styles and designers all muddled in together overwhelmed me and left me feeling exhausted. The boutique itself is just fabulous, with unique dresses carefully and considerately picked for their collection. The whole atmosphere just completely put me at ease. My bridesmaids, Mum and I were treated like we were the only people there and I was made to feel so special; just the way you should. Gem and the girls gently guided me to my dream dress and it was such a fun, exciting and relaxed experience! I’m absolutely in love with my dress and I just can’t wait to put it back on. Would 100% recommend this fantastic little place to any bride to be. The shop, staff and selection of dresses is second to none. You’ll be made to feel just as special as every bride should and I can guarantee you’ll find a dress like no other in there!

I booked an appointment at the wedding house derby as I’ve always lived near that area and always used to walk past the shop and always wanted to wear one of those gorgeous dresses for my wedding day. As soon as you step inside the wedding house you get such a warm feeling the boutique it’s beautiful more then I ever imagined and I really liked the fact you could have a look around at the dresses to get some ideas. I did find my perfect wedding dress that day and I wouldn’t of been able to do it without the honestly from all the girls that work there. It didn’t matter who was looking after you they all got involved to help you and make you feel extra special when trying dresses on but most importantly they was really honest which is what you need when trying a wedding dress. Before we even entered the shop the level of service was outstading I was hoping to try on a dress that was nearly two years old they manage to source it and book us in. From the moment we walked in Shelley made us feel so welcome. Being a first time bride and very first time wedding dress shopping this was a very important moment for me. I've heard of lots of other brides who have not enjoyed their experiences. Thankfully I had the most amazing time! Even when my nan kept mentioning my weight Shelley picked me back up again and made me feel like a princess and supported me. We were given so much time to try on things and my beloved dress that I want to try on. (I must of tried the whole shop!) I went for a less traditional dress (the one I had asked for) which my mum and nan struggled with but Shelley fought my corner and could see I loved that one the most and helped me find my voice. I never felt pressured to buy the dress either but I 100% knew it was the one ! I'm sad its all over but can't wait to go pick up my dress soon and spend some more time with these fabulous ladies we travelled 2 hrs away to come here too. So if you want to have the most amazing time trying on wedding dresses then this is the place !!

After shopping around and trying on what felt like a million dresses, I was beginning to feel pretty deflated that I hadn’t found “the one”. Walking into TWH was like a breath of fresh air!! All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating, The shop is beautifully laid out and you can actually see all of the dresses really clearly! I didn’t feel rushed at all as I had in previous places. Steph, who looked after us was amazing! She was so friendly and really made me feel comfortable when trying on the dresses. Unsurprisingly I found the one! But the staff put no pressure on me to buy it there and then at all. They advised me to really think about it and I really felt they had my best interests at heart! After saying yes to the dress, they were amazing again making the moment really special for me and my bridal party with photos and Prosecco. I could not recommend this place enough!! 💜

After having thought I'd found my dress, and deciding i needed to go back to find the one for me. My experience was amazing, Gemma made me and ny friends feel totally at ease, there was no pushy selling it just felt like she genuinely wanted to do the best for me! With 7 months to the wedding i was on a deadline, and the experience as a whole made me feel like a wait had lifted off my shoulder!! Couldn't recommend this place enough, brilliant staff and the dress selection is just on another level!

I visited this shop to look for a wedding dress. They didn’t have “The One” for me but I am leaving this review because the customer service was good. The assistant was helpful and attentive without being pushy. The dresses were mostly “designer” and seemed to be more expensive that other shops I have looked at. This isn’t necessarily a criticism – the dresses were beautiful and if you want a “name” on the label you have to pay for it. The décor was nice. The cup of tea on arrival was greatly appreciated and the assistant was very good indeed – she listened to my thoughts and was excellent at suggesting styles which might suit me. I think her name was Joanne. If you fancy looking for a designer dress and you care about good customer service, I would recommend this shop.

So i want to be clear that I have never visited the shop but my review is solely based on my interactions over Facebook. I messaged them over Facebook, very nervous and asking for a bridal appointment however although the lady was nice and very chatty she reccomend I visit Wed 2 be first to guage style and size. I did this went back to book an appointment. Again I was responded to curtiously, however I was followed up with "our dresses start at £2500". I got the distinct impression that I was out of their league - and felt almost as of they didn't want my business... I felt a little disappointed. However, I will say I was given good advice to go to Wed2be to start the process there as they have a variety of stock. Sorry it was 4/5star. I'm sure had I not been put off I would have had a wonderful experience

So after visiting 5 other shops and trying on lots of dresses, I was starting to get disheartened that I couldn’t find “the one” however stepping into The Wedding House with my mom, sister and bestie, we had the help of the fabulous Gemma who encouraged me to try lots of different styles on and I’m pleased to say I found that special dress that blew me away. (Review written by Claire Coates, fiancée of Rob England.) Fantastic experience and can't recommend The Wedding House enough! This is certainly an oasis of calm and lovely service. The shop itself is really unassuming from the outside but the inside is very well laid out and spacious. The gowns are all nicely spaced so you can actually see them, they have a good selection of sample sizes that even fitted me at a size 16-18, and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I'd chatted with one of the owners when I'd booked my appointment and they'd noted the information I'd given so when I arrived for my appointment they'd set aside gowns in my size and budget - I was spoilt for choice. I was torn between two gowns but finally made my choice and I'm delighted with it! I can't wait to wear it in December. Thank you to everyone at The Wedding House for turning a stressful shopping trip into an absolute pleasure. I'd recommend everyone put The Wedding House at the top of their list for visits.

After previously visiting 2 other bridal shops and liking dresses in both shops I went into the wedding house with my favourite in my mind. Steph asked me what I liked and disliked but encouraged me to try the dislikes on also. So glad she did as I said yes to the dress which was totally not what I wanted. I was given time to then walk around in the dress and to try veils on. There is a a beautiful amount of dresses to pick from you will be spoilt for choice. After deciding on my dress we went upstairs to look at bridesmaids dresses and again a huge amount of choice and gorgeous styles. Steph was amazing she knew her stuff and not once did I feel like I was being pushed into making a decision about my dress or bridesmaids dresses. From the moment we walked through the door to the moment we left it was an amazing experience and will definitely be recommending you. I cannot say enough about the wedding house boutique and the lovely ladies that run it! As a first time bride (& only time I hope!) hehe! This was the most perfect place to go! Gemma, who looked after us...treat me so special from start to finish on my appointment. The shop is stunningly laid out with all types of dresses/veils etc to try. I love this amazing shop, I wish it had been around when I was buying my wedding dress. I recently popped in to find an evening dress for a Christmas ball and they could not have been more helpful. The shop, the ambiance, the dresses (WOW) and of course Jon and Abi are all lovely. If you are looking for 'THE DRESS' and want to be treated special from start to finish, then look no further. The customer service is great and Jon and Abi having a calming influence over the bride and her family.

The MOST welcoming wedding dress shop there is! I found services varied so much in shops and at such an important time you want to feel really special- this is what The Wedding House achieved. I can barely express how much the girls at the wedding house did to save my wedding day! I had a bridesmaid dress emergency the week before!! The girls at the wedding house responded to my fb messages on the Monday even though they were closed and reassured me there was something they could do so i didn't have a sleepless night, on the Tuesday they really empathised with our situation and went above and beyond to help finding me a last minute emergency alternative exchange. I got married on the Friday and both bridesmaids looked perfect!! We would all of course highly recommend their services.
