I recently helped my dad make a phone bid on a number of items. We live in Northern Ireland and from start to finish we were extremely happy with the efficient and friendly service that was provided. The website is clear and easy to use and if he had a better internet connection I think the online bidding looks fantastic too. Items were purchased, communication was perfect and items were parcelled and sent to us. Just want to thank all the staff that helped along the way and would highly recommend this auction to anyone!

I would like to praise Bowler and Binnie and thank them for having so much patience with my 70 year old father. He has been to countless auction houses across the UK but none have been so patient and understanding. They deserve 6 stars but sadly 5 is the most we can give.

They buy, they sell and their home collections are faster than a kettle boiling! True master's of their craft and it's impossible not to get excited by the young chap leading the auction, very charismatic and a nice change from the drawl I have heard from auctioneers in the past. Well worth a visit online too, a great array of hidden treasures. Every team member I have had any communication with has always been very polite and helpful.

Excellent Auction house, very helpful friendly staff. William who calls the auction is very good at his job, if it gets noisy with people talking he will pull them up about it and tell them to take it outside, which is an attitude sadly lacking in many auction houses i have been to. A well run operation i would highly recommend them to anyone for either buying or selling and their fees are very reasonable compared to some in the market place.

Great auction house. Trust worthy family run auction . 5 Star customer service . Highly recommended. Put items into the auction as I wasn't sure of their value and was shocked with how well I did. Just shows that things that you think are rubbish can actually be worth sonething. Will be dealing with this auction in the future.

Pleasant change to find an honest auction room well run by family with great customer service and always willing to help, one of the lowest commission rates in Scotland. You do need to be quick with your bids though,this auctioneer disnae waste time.
