We can not recommend The Old Rectory venue and Staff high enough! From start to finish the entire day and service was faultless. Beautiful people with a sincerity to make your wedding day the most special day and the delivered way above our expectations. We can’t thank the team enough the venue is a little piece of heaven! Our guests are still talking about the wedding one month on 🥰😍❤️ We will have the best memories to last a life time THANK YOU !!!

I recently attended a wedding held at the old rectory, having never heard of the place before. The location is stunning and worth an explore if you can get the chance and the setup for the wedding we attended was very well laid out and gave a sense of scale to the event due to the multiple locations available to host events. Looking forward to returning for another wedding next may, let's hope the weather is as great as it was the for the first wedding . Also the maze was a tad overgrown at the time I attended was fun to do even if I got stuck.

When we originally saw the Old Rectory we knew it was the venue for us. It is absolutely perfect. We had the ceremony and reception here as the lovely open grounds meant people could relax and enjoy the scenary. The marquee is stunning for the reception. Ciara was absolutely fantastic. Nothing we asked for was an issue. I would highly recommend going up to Killyman for a look if you are looking for a wedding venue... You will not be disappointed.

Recently attended a wedding here. It was so fantastic with all credit to the owner and their staff. Everything was impeccably done and the staff were so friendly. The whole reception went with out a hitch. It was such a relaxed day. If anyone is looking for a venue to hold their wedding reception I would highly recommend Old Rectory. My wife Emma and I got married at The Old Rectory. I’m not a frequent reviewer of anything, but Ciara and the team at Killyman are deserving of top marks across the board. We loved the whole experience from the first meeting to the wedding day. There is a real coupling of professionalism and beauty about this venue. I can’t recommend The Old Rectory enough.

I was here on a wedding in september as a guest and while I can't say what the prices are, I can say that it was an amazing experience. Because of the trees in the area the actual place where everybody would talk drink and eat has very mild weather - the trees shelter the hole place. The owners are outstandingly helpful to not just the groom and bride every single one of there guests too. There isn't much for accommodation (the main building/house with 4 bedrooms, one of wich has two double beds, and another house with 4 bedrooms). Though it can't compete with the size of a major hotel the service and the housing itself is great. Everything is newly renovated. The grounds aswell are outstandingly big, so if you can figure out the accommodation for your guests then there is more than enough room for everyone to talk and drink 🍻. Overall I'm leaving this place with a smile on my face having had a good time here!

Incredible wedding venue!! We booked the venue back in 2019 (mid pandemic) for a Christmas wedding in 2020. The team at the Old Rectory blew us away - from start to finish the service and support was amazing. They have an incredible venue from the location, gardens, drinks menu and bar. They went above and beyond and couldn’t recommend them enough!

5 stars doesn't do this venue and its staff justice! Having abandoned our wedding abroad, it really was 3rd date lucky for us in booking the Old Rectory. We honestly could not fault anything at all. Ciara was an absolute superstar from start to finish, not to mention Paul and Emma who have, in our opinion, created the premier wedding venue in the North. We have no hesitation in recommending.

Booked my wedding last April and due to get married in 6 months. The venue is beautiful, we didn't go and see any other venues, we just knew it was for us. Most importantly, Ciara the wedding co-ordinator is SO lovely and accommodating. She really makes you feel special and goes over and above to help with any questions. It couldn't be more seamless planning a wedding at the Old Rectory. We can't wait to get married there and already know it will exceed our expectations! Thank you Ciara - you are a true gem!

We couldn't recommend the Old Rectory enough - our favourite part of the planning was working with Paul, Emma and Ciara. They are SO attentive to detail and want your wedding to be the perfect day for you and that's what made our decision for us. They are so genuine and the grounds are beautiful! The entire venue is just amazing and we 110% recommend. We got so many compliments on the Old Rectory and guests loved it too. 🤍

Stayed overnight for a wedding. A lovely, friendly place, beautiful grounds, hamper full of delicious treats for breakfast, didn't want to get out of bed in the morning but the shower was blissful. And the staff! They did not stop cleaning, serving and looking after each other. Saoirse was a real champion 🏆

My Niece's wedding was here and it was absolutely lovely. Charming place. Cannot fault the venue. My only gripe was getting back to our hotel. Getting a taxi late at night in this neck of the woods is next to impossible.

Moust of the day was raining 🌧 but the Rectory has to be the best place to have a wedding staff wear very pleasant and made sure we had everything ❤ the grounds around the Rectory are just beautiful great for walking around 😀 and the food was amazing 👏 to the owner's well done thank you
