I would highly recommend Pan Pan Bridal. The team are absolutely lovely and couldn’t do more for you - beautiful dresses and really helpful advice. Li’s alterations made it into my perfect dress. She really goes above and beyond for her customers. I was traveling from England for my dress fittings and when it needed to be taken in further she offered to do this overnight and open up on a Sunday to save me having to do the long drive again!

Finding the right wedding dress isn’t the easiest of tasks – or at least it wasn't for me. I knew exactly what I didn’t want but wasn’t too sure on what I did want to wear on what is dubbed the biggest day of your life. Although I didn’t quite find ‘the one’ at Pan Pan, I can’t fault the experience I had there. As Edinburgh’s only stockist of the Jenny Packham bridal range, Pan Pan came top of my list when I started my search. The shop is bright, with a great selection of dresses, and after we were given our white gloves (to protect the gowns) my bridesmaids and I pretty much had full reign of the shop. We were the only appointment in at the time, which made the process of choosing and comparing dresses all the easier. The staff at Pan Pan were both helpful and friendly. A young assistant helped me in and out of dresses, suggested alternatives and was honest in terms of what she thought did or didn’t suit my body shape. She was also patient as I tried on a number of dresses, some of them twice to narrow the final selection down. I had a really positive experience at Pan Pan. Unfortunately they didn't stock the dress I decided on in the end, but I would encourage others to pay a visit to this boutique if you’re in the bridal market.

Pan pan was the first shop i went to amongst others in Edinburgh and Glasgow and by far the best. On my first visit Innes helped me try and find my dream dress, however whilst trying them on i came across one of Li (the owners) own designs. Once i saw the quality of what she could do i then knew i would love her to make me my own custom made dress. I went in to an appointment with Li with all my pictures and design ideas and from start to finish i could not fault anything, she was brilliant. She made a cotton version of my dress first of all then with me happy she then cut the material and every month i would go in and check and try it on. Every single thing about my dress was perfect, her work is exceptional and she is the most genuine kind and caring lady. Always checking that you are a 100% happy and also will give her honest opinion if your a little stuck on anything. I then had to get the most stunning fur stole and cathedral length veil from her just to finish the whole look off. So anyone like myself that knows exactly what you want your dress to be like and cant find it anywhere i wouldn't hesitate to recommend Li to make it for you she truly is amazing at what she does, my mum and i miss our monthly visits already!!!

I had spent a long time searching for my perfect wedding dress but when I discovered Pan Pan I found the solution. Li made me a bespoke dress that was exactly what I had been dreaming of. It fitted perfectly and the attention to detail was incredible. I received so many compliments on the day and my husband said his "jaw dropped" the moment he saw me walking up the aisle. From start to finish, my experience with Pan Pan Bridal was wonderful. Li, the owner, was so knowledgeable, helpful and above all PATIENT! I had fallen in love with a dress that was slightly above my price range, but at no point did I feel that I was under pressure to buy it, even though I went back on (ahem) more than one occasion to try it on. After finally giving in that no other dress would come close to it, Li was so accommodating with appointments for fittings, and the alterations she made were flawless. I just want to say a huge thank you to Li and her staff, as if it wasn't for them letting me return to make sure the dress was 'the one', I wouldn't be about to walk down the aisle in the most beautiful of all dresses.. in two weeks - eek!!

I'm really shocked by the negative reviews on here. I came in with my mum last Thursday and had a great experience and ultimately found 'the one'. I was upfront about my budget which was less than 1,000 and they did their best to accommodate me and didn't try to convince me that my budget wasn't big enough for the look I wanted (full lace). I bought an immaculate and very clean sample dress for a fraction of the normal price which also included dry cleaning costs. There was no heavy sales push, and although they were busy organising an upcoming event and sorting new stock that had just arrived, the girls were still very attentive. Can't recommend a better place. A breath of fresh air after visiting other places which had dirty dresses and shop assistants who barely helped at all to accommodate my budget.
